Good services, classic, double-window can protect coldness, the hotel respects housekeepers by leaving a card with their names on the table to show who makes this room so clean.

It was hot inside the room. I could hear the wind outside the window, which bothered me and made it difficult to sleep well, which was sad.

The location was good, the facilities were not bad, and the price was reasonable. If I go to Akita again next time, I will book here!!

The staff was very kind and gave us detailed recommendations for good restaurants for dinner. The hotel is a little old, but it was very clean and nice. There are many restaurants within walking distance and the location is good.

The window that was open in the morning could not be opened after cleaning.

There are some old facilities, but the staff are very enthusiastic and a bit old-school, but I quite like it. It feels like Japan in the past. After looking at the lanterns and returning to the hotel, there was a staff member in the lobby who thoughtfully prepared tea and towels for everyone. I was very touched. This is a kind of meticulous and warm service that is not often found in some new hotels nowadays. I will consider staying here next time I go to Akita!

I thought it was a very nice hotel. There are many restaurants nearby so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat.

The room is not big, the hygiene is average, the overall feeling is a bit dim, the breakfast is definitely full, the service staff are very good, the parking space is limited, you may have to park in the parking lot next to the hotel at night.

The breakfast was delicious and the waitresses were very nice.

I was able to stay at a reasonable price and the customer service was polite and I had a pleasant stay. I would definitely like to stay here again when I come to Akita.
