請旅行社訂的晚餐部份很好，但使用網路訂房給的晚餐與房間都有很大的差別，餐還有區分。感覺很差

２泊予約した部屋が空いてなくて
一泊のみの宿泊で、もう一泊はホテルの手違いで希望の部屋に泊まれず身体障害者用の部屋に移動させられた。せっかく一緒に行った友達ともいっぱい、いっぱい考えて決めて先に宿泊代金も支払ってたのに…
こんな気持ち悲しすぎる…
そして最初に来た男性のホテルの方の対応が悪かったから余計気分悪くなった。
このアプリも信用できないし
あのホテルも信用できない。
もうこのアプリでは予約したくないし、
このホテルへはもう絶対に行きたくない。

温泉特別好，洗髮水沐浴露品質好，吹風機，化粧水乳液護髮素，都齊備。衞生舒適，床鋪舒適，空調舒適。風景開闊美極了，晚上九點還提供免費擔擔麪，白芝麻，黑芝麻和香芋口味輪換，手藝很好

お部屋・お風呂・お食事どれをとっても大変良かったです。おせわになりました。
一つだけ、エアコンの設定が一括管理されていて部屋では暖房と冷房の切り替えができない点だけ不便でした。10月下旬で暖房に設定してくださっていたのですが、私たちが泊まった日はお天気が良く大きな窓からの陽射しが気持ち良かった分室温が上がってしまいました。冷房をつけたかったのですが一括管理のため窓を開けて風を入れるしか手がなく…季節の変わり目は冷暖房どちらも使えるとありがたいと思いました。
