Very clean and staff was super helpful and kind. Was sad to leave. I travel a lot for work and have never met a staff that was so passionate and dedicated to provided every guest with the best experience possible. Amazing

Relaxing and clean. The staff was amazing! Breakfast was really good and not what you expect for a free breakfast. The outdoor fireplace was so nice to have on the cold night. I will definitely book here again.

When we checked in our room was not made up and we were told no other rooms were available. The front desk then jumped through some hoops and after moving some people around to found us a new room, but only after we said we were leaving.
Our room was then very hot and actually many people were complaining to the front desk about their rooms being very hot
The next morning we couldn’t eat breakfast because they simply had no plates.
They just didn’t seem prepared to have a full house.

This was an all-around terrible stay. Comforter was filthy- black hair on me while I was lying in bed (I am blonde), pink mold in shower and shower curtain. Employees eating breakfast when there are lines of guests waiting on a busy weekend. Asked for extra towels, was told none are available, had to dry off using a hand towel. Pull out sofa filthy when pulled out for my daughter to sleep on! The hotel itself is very nice, but the cleanliness is not!!!! Went to discuss these issues with the front desk prior to check out, no agent present!
