A perfect price performance hotel. This is a hotel that we chose as the starting point of our Cappadocia trip and stayed for one night. The staff is very helpful and friendly in every situation, no matter what time it is. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast was also sufficient. First of all, the staff was polite. We specifically wanted a hotel with a pool, but the location of the pool was not very useful and it closed at 16:00. The bath section was also closed. There was a wedding the night we stayed and we stayed in the room closest to the wedding venue. Loud music and entertainment continued until 23.15. It's definitely not a hotel I can recommend. Before making your reservation, ask the reception if there is a wedding on the day you will stay. If there is a wedding, do not make a reservation. Let's come to breakfast. We had a complete shock when we entered the breakfast room. It was a pretty weak menu. While having breakfast, some tables asked the waiters for extra water pastry, fruit yoghurt, or omelette-type things. We couldn't understand the situation. When we asked the reception, they said we could ask the waiters. Of course, we were not aware of this process, and no one told us anyway. In short, we did not have a very pleasant stay.

We had no problems with check-in and check-out. The rooms and the hotel were generally very clean and there was disinfectant in the rooms. King size bed was comfortable. In general, COVID-19 precautions were taken into consideration within the hotel. The rooms had sofa/table/chair areas where you could easily put your belongings. The open buffet breakfast could have been better with a hot variety. Overall we were pleased with our stay.
