Великолепный отдых ,особнно хорошее отношение сотрудников начиная с ресепшен очень внимательная Каролина отличная встреча и в течение отдыха помогала. Ольга просто прекрасное отношение к отдыхающим каждый день на связи лично и по телефону это человек который с душой относиться к людями всегда готова помочь. Хорошо работают в ресторане особенно Хасан Думан. Якоб, и девочки в баре на пирсе. Большое спасибо за отдых!

We just got back from our amazing holiday in Turkey, second year to Delphin Palace. We received a room upgrade- thank you Delphin Palace- to a family room, check in quick and easy just after midnight. The room was clean, bed comfortable, mini fridge stocked up daily, we had slippers and bath robes, hair dryer, clean towels every day. The food is absolutely amazing in this place, everything fresh and tasty, has something for everyone. It is a place where you can eat 24 hours if you want to. The buffet restaurant has so many different dishes, freshly grilled meat and veggies, fish, literally I don’t know what would be missing from there. There are outside a few other food huts with kebabs, chips, chicken, all freshly cooked. The a la carte are good, we loved the Chinese restaurant- been twice- food delicious and the service outstanding. The pools clean, plenty of sun beds, we loved the relax pool which is adults only. The grounds are immaculately clean, the staff is always friendly and smiling, all of them happy to go the extra mile to keep the customer happy. Special thanks to Meryem and Ceren at the pool bar, nothing is too much trouble for them, always smiling and bringing drinks as soon as the glass was empty. I caught a cold and didn’t feel very well one night and they made me ( without me asking) a lovely special tea which worked like a treat. There are lots of activities all day, for kids as well, I have only participated a few times on yoga ( first time I did yoga) and I loved it. The hotel will have a complete renovation for next year, hopefully we will be back for another amazing holiday. We definitely recommend Delphin Palace for a relaxing holiday.

Top Familien Hotel Waren 7 Tage Dort mit Familie Kleinkind Von einchecken bis zum letzten Tag alles super gelaufen. Frühstück Mittag Abendessen alles sauber Tip top Die Betreuung wenn man was gebraucht hat war super. Ich habe nix zu beanstanden das beste Hotel was wir bis jetzt hatten

Впервые в этом отеле и нам все понравилось. Разнообразное питание, морепродукты, местные сладости.Очень понравилось анимация для детей, ребенок с восторгом ходил на все представления и в Луна парк. Персонал отзывчивый и ненавязчивый! Хотим посетить соседний отель это же сети.

Отзывы не пишу от слова совсем. Это наверное первый. Отдыхали много где, есть с чем сравнить... Отель не дешёвый, отзывов мало, все хорошие. Отдыхаем 3й день, сервис отвратительный... в столовой на завтрак жареные яйца в тарелку тебе не кладут, а кидают, да ещё одно на другое, всё растекается. Хлеб сегодня сотрудник столовой по корзинкам раскладывал без перчаток, порядок наводил... Чай мне несли минут 15, принесли со 2й просьбы, видимо забыли, и принесли то холодный, как помои, пить не возможно (кто пьёт горячий чай, тот поймёт). Полотенца застиранные, серые, но на это можно закрыть глаза. Навесы на пляже очень узкие, полностью в тени лежать вы не сможете, либо ноги будут гореть, либо голова, лечь поперёк тоже не получится, лежаки впритык. В общем пока мы не в восторге и даже огорчены. Из плюсов могу выделить пока, только хороший напор воды в душе.

В сети , Дельфин, отдыхаем много раз. Это отели ,Дельфин Палас, Дельфин Дива, Дельфин Бе Гранд., Дельфин Империал.На мой взгляд , это самая лучшая сеть. По сравнению с другими отелями, здесь стараются всегда содержать порядок ( Сам отель, пляж, территория и т.д. Работа отделов связи с клиентами, поставлена в сети хорошо. По всем вопросам можно к ним , обращаться и они помогут.Что касается нас, то мы приезжаем как домой.. Большое спасибо Всему персоналу, за хороший отдых. На данное время отдыхаем в отеле Дельфин Империал. Всё отлично. Собираемся в ближайшее время в Дельфин Бе Гранд.

I'm writing this review from the hotel, with four days still left in our stay. This is our third visit to Antalya. We've previously stayed at the Miracle Hotel and the Titanic, but now we’re at the Delphin Palace, and I must say, this one stands out. The service here is exceptional—the staff treat guests like royalty, with a level of politeness, humility, and friendliness that's truly remarkable. The hotel itself is spotless and beautifully maintained, and the food is simply outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Très bel hôtel, avec une infrastructure très bien entretenue. Accueil et service impeccable, la cuisine est riche et délicieuse! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, tout était fait pour nous accueillir d'une façon exceptionnelle. C'était parfait!
