This is paradise! They thought of everything and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel pampered and cared for. It was all absolutely amazing and we can’t wait to go back.

Our third visit here was just as good as the first. Although we arrived later than anticipated due to flight delays, everything was still ready for us. Fernando was our building’s concierge (bldg 3) with Sergio available when Fernando was off. The preferred club is the way to go, with snacks and premium drinks, which is where we started before dinner and ended the nights. Their blackberry margaritas are amazing. Miguel was our waiter at the preferred club most of the week. He quickly learned our names and had our drinks as soon as we walked in. He was attentive and friendly, never leaving our glasses empty! At the pool, Esteban and Basilio were fantastic as well. They both learned our names and drink preferences. Daniel was at the pool, moving chairs and umbrellas, cleaning sunglasses and just generally making sure everyone had what they needed. We tried their newer restaurant for dinner, Santorini, for Greek food, which was fantastic. We again utilized the spa and hydrocircuit-a must do! Can’t wait to return again!

Vacaciones de ensueño en este maravilloso resort lleno de detalles al cual el personal engrandece más si cabe con su trato amable, siempre con el saludo y la sonrisa en su cara. Sin duda el personal es uno de los mayores activos de este hotel. Todo en este resort es puro lujo y te sientes como en el paraíso. La limpieza es excelente. Sus instalaciones son maravillosas, casa rincón, las piscinas, el acceso a la playa, sus restaurantes y cafeterías, las tiendas y las variadas actividades de animación y de restauración que se organizan en él. Puedes hacer snorkel en su playa y ver multitud de peces de colores, también tortugas, aunque esto es más difícil desde que se ha acotado el área de nado. Nosotros pudimos ver a una el día que llegamos y a otra el día que nos fuimos y fue una experiencia maravillosa. Queremos dar las gracias expresamente a Josué del Sports Bar y a Gina del equipo de animación, que fueron especialmente amables y agradables con nosotros.

Time of our lives. It's basically Disney for paradise from the sents being pumped in to the amazing food and service everything was perfect.
