Unico Hotel Riviera Maya Adults Only - All Inclusive

As always our experience at UNICO was wonderful. We were treated very special and we had two excellent butlers, Israel and Roger. I highly recommend them both. We also shared great conversations with Martha and Jessica of Legendary.

We had an amazing experience on our week long vacation, especially with the help of our butlers Alexander and Alejandro! Both were extremely helpful and could not have been more attentive or knowledgeable. Overall, I do not think our trip would have been the same without them! Could not recommend enough.

The experience at Unico 20 87 is not like any other we have had. The service, decor, and restaurants are so refined. Our assistants/butlers Carlos and Eduardo Mena guided us through the perfect week. They were the most attentive assistants with dinners, car transfers for golf, setting up chairs at the pool and shows, and anything else we may have required. They even surprised my husband with a birthday celebration! We loved the different cuisines offered, traditional Mexican, Japanese, Italian, and a steak house like grill. From the minute you step into the restaurants, hostesses like Diana and Margaret are ready to seat you at the best tables. Then waiters like Daniel, Henrry, Hosa, Miguel go above and beyond to serve and make your meal the best experience. The managers like Gustavo at grill 20 87 make you feel like family, always welcomed! The pool side service is just as good as the restaurants. Javier, Paul and Alexandos always have towels, food and drinks handy. The spa is another must to experience. I had the Harmony spa treatment and Perla gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Erica at the spa was so gracious helping me with my hydro experience. Susi was at the nail salon and gave a wonderful pedicure/manicure. Just a last note to add to our wonderful experience at Unico. Our last breakfast at Grill 20 87 Andrea was our waitress. We asked for pineapple juice instead of orange. Although it wasn’t available that morning, she went to another restaurant and had it freshly squeezed, wow was that a treat. That sums up the quality and how the people at Unico make you feel welcomed and loved!

This is the second time staying at Unico. Put simply, this resort is absolute paradise. We had an Estancia suite, which was amazing. All of the restaurants were outstanding, and the resort staff was exceptional. Our every need was met by two butlers, Alexander and Alejandro. There kindness, attention to detail, and dedication made our time there truly unforgettable!

This is the 2nd time staying at the Unico 20 87! It is a lovely resort. We had an ocean front room (Alcoba king). The view was breath-taking! The staff was exceptional. We had a wonderful time at the pool and Ricardo Renterio (sp?) provided excellent service. Aqua aerobics instructors Sebastian and Ricardo were fabulous too! The stay was fantastic except for the last night. The property to the left of Unico played exceptionally loud music until til 5am. There was also some shady activity happening in that area. Probably nothing the Unico can do but be warned.

My experience at the Unico hotel has been extraordinarily unique. Starting with the facilities, the beauty of the hotel together with the service they provide is an experience of relaxation and luxury combined. Their restaurants are unique from the menu they present to the attention of their staff. The attention in the pools and on the beaches is top quality. Truly visiting Unico is recharging yourself with good energy, returning to our daily lives with a great dose of relaxation, happy, full of nature because we have felt that we are pampered with the attention that they generally give us at the hotel. It is not my first time in Unico, it has always been my escape route when stress is already bordering on too high peaks in my daily life, that week that I spent in Unico fills me with energy, vitality and the only idea present in my mind is when I will return return. Thanks to all the wonderful staff you have and who make us feel special and unique. I have many names in mind that make this experience possible. The butlers Carlos and Eduardo are incredible, always one step ahead of our requests, thank you guys, you are unique. At Cueva Siete restaurant Sergio is the captain, his kindness and being aware that our experience is the best is incredible, along with his wonderful team of employees and the chef. Just like the other restaurants. At breakfast in 20'87, thanks to Captain Daniel, Alejandra who welcomes us every day with a nice "good morning", Carlos, Felipe, and the other employees who are always attentive to provide us with the best service, a great way to start the day. Maria on the beach and Rosi are great girls, always attentive to everything, our towels on time, also the girls who serve the drinks, even under the relentless sun, their smile and good humor never goes away. They make everyday life special. To everyone in general, the administration in short everyone is Unique, thank you infinitely for making our stay a UNIQUE experience

A fantastic week in an incredible, spacious and very exclusive hotel. Highlight for our incredible butlers Israel and Roger. Super attentive, helpful and extremely competent. The hostess at restaurant 20 87 Alejandra and Jazmin are very friendly and attentive and the waitress Andrea was very attentive and provided perfect service. In Italian Mi Carissa and hosts Diana is extremely friendly and attentive. In general, everyone is very attentive. the rest are great. The pools are beautiful and the rooms are very beautiful and spacious.
