Far away from a 1 star hotel
Reception staff overwhelmed with work and they seem under paid… they either are not interested to work or they don’t know what they are doing and representing ..
Room is outdated.. curtains look like from an abandoned building.
Room amenities are very poor
Bathroom conditions is very poor
Breakfast was fine for 50 aed
Dinner was also ok for 125 aed
No one to explain activities… u need to find out ur slef…
Obviously this hotel doesn’t provide any kind of trainings to staff
Location of the hotel is superb
Hotel can be easily a proper even 7 stars hotel only needs to spend some money on renovations and give higher salaries to ppl how can be trained properly

I stayed over with a couple of friends, and overall, it was definitely worth the price. Ms. Moshi, who checked us in, was very polite and friendly, she even made conversation with us, which was a nice touch.
The room service food was decent and reasonably priced, though the service was a bit slow we had to call twice for towels and slippers. The water slides were unfortunately closed during our stay (they are only open till sunset), but the other amenities were open. The pool water was quite cold (understandably, since it’s in the mountains), but we still had a great time.
It also mentions billiards, though when we asked, we were told it’s not available. Despite that, it was still a fun and enjoyable stay, and for the price, it’s absolutely worth it, I would definitely book it again for a longer stay.

I stayed at the X Grand Hotel at Hafiz Stop on the 5th and 6th of September. The amenities are excellent, the swimming pool and everything else is great. It’s a fantastic place for families, and I would definitely recommend it—five stars!

Very nice resort located on the top of Jabal Hafeet mountain. Excellent swimming pool, kids activities, water slides, surrounded by mountains, excellent rooms with service, mouth watering breakfast. Perfect for families and couples
