Don't book this place - it's a scam! You get attracted by the nice photos, excellent location and cheap price. They will take your money and two days before you arrive they will tell you that there is an overbooking and they can’t accommodate you anymore at this place. They will offer you another hotel, at a terrible location. These people use the apar**ent to attract more clients and fill the other property which no-one books. It has catastrophic rate on Booking. They know that in the last moment you will not be able to find anything better at the same price and you are left with no choice but to go to the other hotel that they propose you. This is exactly what happened to me and other people I met in Luxor - we all booked apar**ents in the same place for the exact same dates. And two days before our arrival we all received the message for overbooking and proposal for a stay in the other hotel. I saw on Booking that the host is actually managing more than 120 properties, so they really know good tricks on how to scam you. The reservation on Booking get canceled, you don’t get a Booking confirmation for the new place and you can’t put the feedback anywhere. Which means that it’s not possible to protect from the scam other people who search on Booking only.

Mahmoud and his family make this place. The apar**ent is spacious with great views but does lack in facilities. The shower was poor and the kitchen not well equipped with anything but we got our meals with Mahmoud so we didnt need anything really. The food and service provided by Mahmood was excellent. If a little inves**ent was made into this accommodation it could be outstanding
