Fabulous setting [although a 2 1/2 hour car trip from Abu Dhabi]. Probably totally uneconomic but thanks to wealthy Rulers who promote such projects, a truly out of this World experience awaits. Even James Cameron was inspired… Architecture, furnishings and service equally stunning. The pool was being refurbished when I visited but considering the remoteness, facilities are all you’d expect

I stayed this resort at 2016, there are many good memories and fun times, we joined activities each as falcon show, dune drive, which no places and local tours can provide the good experience like this. So I book again for my 2nd visit. However hotels was closed because of some reasons. At the beginning we disappointed. Hotels finally provided another resort for us in Sir Yas Island, the experience there are also great! That's give my family a memorable moments. Thanks for kind arrangement Anantara team!

Dubai experienced heavy rain on April 16th. My house was flooded. I probably can't stay at home for the next two days. I came out to look for the legendary hotel that I must stay in once in my life - Anantara Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort. After driving for more than three hours, I finally arrived at my destination. This is the hotel where countless Chinese stars and Hollywood stars have lived and stayed. It is hidden deep in the Liwa Desert, the second largest desert in the world. The hotel is very big and has a lot of entertainment (if you bring enough money). The desert activities are much more expensive than those outside. We didn't play them. It is recommended that you bring a sandboard to hike and sandboard in the desert, which can consume half a day. You can play in the gym for free and there are free classes very early every day; there is a small cinema with two shows in the evening. The rest of the time you can only lie down and take a vacation without spending money. The breakfast is very delicious and you must spend more time to eat. It is beautiful to take pictures at night, like a sapphire in the desert oasis. The other is behind the lobby and has an infinity pool. After the fog dissipates in the morning, you can watch the desert in the pool. I can only say that the United Arab Emirates You guys really enjoy it; you can lie on the sand dunes in the park and watch the stars at night. There is no need to book stargazing activities in the hotel. It is recommended to download a stargazing software and get to know the distant world. Be careful to wear more clothes, it is a bit cold at night . I regret that I only stayed for one day. I should have reserved one of the two days in Dubai for Anantara, so that I could do more activities (we only did camel riding, which was very good, recommended~
