The Pool Villa - Tanuf

Having traveled to over 130 countries, I can confidently say this is one of my favorite hotels ever! The private pool in each room is fantastic! The pool is heated and very clean! The rooms are very nice with comfortable beds and a full kitchen! The staff is wonderful too! Anything you need, they will bring to your room anytime! And they will bring an included nice breakfast to your room every morninf at any time you specify! The hotel is very well located too. It is perfect for spending a day visiting Jebel Shams. We also visited nearby Nizwa Fort and Bahia Fort and Jibreen Castle. If you want to go out for dinner or order delivery, the hotel has menus for a nice Turkish restaurant about a 5 minute drive away and a great poizza place about a 10 minute drive away.

Booked a Two Bedroom Villa With Private Pool for 6 persons and was a very good choice. Complex is very well organized, with privacy for all the villas. Every villa has a (semi-open) garage for 1 car, but there is a place in front of your villa to park more cars (max 2) also. Villa is very luxurious and extremely clean. This type of villa had 2 bedrooms (each with well equipped bathroom) and a big living room with a fridge. There is also a maxi bar available for shopping extras. Menu of different restaurants are available inside your villa so you can order dinner / lunch. The villa also has a kitchen area next to maids room - near the pool - in the annex building and a separate bathroom. Staff very kind and pay attention to all the details, very nice and professional. Would recommend also breakfast from the hotel - served punctually as requested at the sitting area in the courtyard of the villa, tasty and good quality food.   Pool size was not big, but was refreshing and clean.    Customer service is exceptional and the location is perfect for visiting the mountains, Nizwa or even Muscat.
