The position of the hotel is excellent and specially the superior suite view on the mountain and the river, the guest are gentle especially Khalid answering our request ne making our stay comfortable, for sure we’ll be back

Bien situé sur l'Ourika avec une assez jolie vue, ce petit hôtel propose un confort spartiate avec des chambres décorées dans un assez mauvais goût... tout cela pour un prix proche des tarifs parisiens. Il y a quand même la clim... La suite familiale à part d'être grande n'a rien de royal et aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement. La restauration est à géométrie variable. Le propriétaire est sympa. Le gérant aussi, mais un peu débordé.

Hôtel de charme , situé au début d'entrée d'ourika service digne de très grande qualité J'y étais avec mon conjoint ce qui nous a attiré le plus et le spot pied sur le Oued d'ourika ainsi que la propreté des chambres Nous vous recommandant cette endroit .

La position de la suite avec sa grande terrasse privée. Par contre petit déjeuner médiocre sans jus d'orange ni et oeufs et avec des quantites pour 1 voire 2 alors qu' on était 4. Les plats commandes le soir étaient soit en quantité insuffisantesoit trop cuit. Bref la restauration n'est pas a la hauteur de la chambre.

Le cadre idyllique au bord de l'eau, la piscine qui malheureusement n'est absolument pas nettoyée. Vraiment dommage car l'employé aurait le temps de le faire

A friend and I spent five days in Top Ourika and it was such a beautiful experience, the location is Stunning in the middle of Ourika river where you can hear the river water flowing from your room. The room are a bit small but clean and nicely decorated, the staff are so friendly and helpful in every aspect, you can enjoy the breakfast by the river while enjoying the sunrise. Many local restaurants and shops are within a walking distance which made it very convenient for us. I definitely recommend staying at this beautiful hotel. I would also like to express my gratitude to Hassan and the rest of the staff for making our stay unforgettable.

Unser Mitarbeiter hatte bei einem persönlichen Besuch schon Wochen im voraus 4 Einzelzimmer für 2 Nächte reserviert und sogar eigenhändig im Belegbuch des Managers eingetragen (wir haben diese Eintragung gesehen). Als wir dann am vereinbarten Tag eintrafen, waren zwei der Zimmer vergeben und uns wurde nahegelegt, die übrigen Zimmer entweder als Doppelzimmer zu nutzen oder Zimmer in einem anderen Hotel zu nehmen – beides unmöglich aufgrund des Raum- und Kommunikationsbedarfs für unsere Forschungsarbeiten, was der Manager sehr wohl wusste. Möglicherweise wollte man die zunehmende Reiseaktivität nach Ende des Ramadan voll ausnutzen und die Zimmer lieber als Doppelzimmer vermieten. Nach dieser Erfahrung können wir dieses Haus leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

This place is just amazing! People working there are so kind, especially Hassan who makes the most delicious food. The manager was always there for everything we needed.
The only thing we didn’t like was the bed that is not comfortable and the shower towels are very old.
