For once just couldn't wait to get back home!!! Where do I start, from the beginning when we reached the hotel after a 3hr que at the airport. Only to be showned a room without the flush working or doors properly shutting, not exactly something you want to face after midnight tired and exhausted. After we were offered a different room it still had issues, Following day taking my son to the aqua park area only to be told the slides ain't in use till 4pm in the afternoon bizarre as other customers mentioned the day before it was open nd running well before 4pm. Pools were dirty and full of insects! Food wasn't all that, not alot of choice. Then obviously I stopped eating from the night I was constantly throwing up, it felt like food poisoning. Same day a British family came opposite our room, on arrival I merely told them to just double check on stuff like doors and flushes. That's all I said. That clearly made an uproar with the hotel staff whom apparently' heard it all on their cctv's 🤔. Came knocking on our room and complaining about what I'd said, if you claim to be a 4/5 star resort/Hotel you need to have standards and less attitude towards customers. There was maintenance work carried out throughout the resort on that same week, it seemed they were more worried nd giving priorities towards those coming during the school holidays than the ones already there. We had to wait hours before water came back in our room. There were numerous blackouts power cuts, leaving another couple guest and thier 2yr old stuck in a lift. This wasn't our only visit to Morroco, we'd gone to Agadir before, we loved it there. Not the same vibe in this hotel however, really spoilt it. Only positive to mentioned were the heated pools in the same C block as ours and majority or the staff were friendly and nice apart from the ones I mentioned.
