Traveling with my family, it was my first time to Ras Al Khaimah. Because of Eid, the hotel was very busy and I had to wait for more than an hour to check in. The beach is beautiful and there is a standard golf course. The room is relatively large, and there is no problem for a family of four. There are two large beds and a sofa. Overall, the room is good. There is a cloakroom and the partition is good and convenient. The children had a lot of fun. There is a swimming pool for children.

Everything was at a very high standard. Room was extremely spacious and very clean. Staff had superb customer service skills. The duty manager Mr Mohamed Emara was particularly helpful in resolving a mistake that I made when booking. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will plan to go back with kids next time as the hotel appeared to be very child friendly as well.

My experience at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah was superb! The pool hangout was amazing, complete with great music and delicious food. The atmosphere was perfect for relaxation and enjoyment. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a luxurious and enjoyable getaway.

As a family with 2 children aged 3 and 8, we had a great time. Without exception, all the staff we interacted with, whether at the front desk, concierge, restaurants, around the pool , houskeeping, valet parking attendants, all were extremely courteous, helpful and hospitable. The room was very comfortable, and well appointed. The food at all 3 restaurants that we tried (AZUE, UMI, and Lexington) was very good, we thoroughly enjoyed all 3 venues, dinner at the Japanese (UMI), and at the Lexington Grille will be unforgettable, and the live entertainment (singer) at the Lexington Grille was very very good. Overall cleanliness of the property and room was excellent, I would definitely plan future weekend escapes.

This is a Beautiful hotel in a remote Emirate. The beach is amazing. The service is generally good. The rooms are nice. The restaurants are fitting. There is a Japanese restaurant and a steakhouse. The hotel is very family oriented. The downside is that a breakfast you feel like you are in a kids club. There are many children - crying, screaming, yelling - being children. The staff is comprised of young men and women from Asia and there is an English barrier. They seem to be all trainees. We had insane noise outside our window /balcony. The noise was from people cutting a tree starting around 6 am. The hotel staff told us that since the noise was coming from outside the property it was not their problem and there is nothing they could or would do. You would expect some symbolic gesture - at least.

In March 2024 I had the pleasure of spending 6 great days in this wonderful hotel. The hotel building and gardens are stunning, well above the 5 star level. The rooms and common areas are huge, exuding true Arabian splendour. The restaurants are excellent and varied. Basically, I would recommend the hotel to those who want maximum tranquillity, relaxation and recharging. And for those who already feel rested, all they have to do is join Marina, who has a very varied way of moving guests around. There's also aqua fitness, yoga, luxury gym workouts and stretching. For those who want more, there's cycling in the area. I'd also like to highlight the Lexington Bar and Restaurant's fantastic design, great staff, excellent wagyu steak and the wonderful millionaire of its terrace, made unforgettable by Izabella's unsurpassed singing. I also recommend everyone to try the special RAK dessert

We had a great experience here - from the hotel to the staff to the amenities everything was second to none. A particular shoutout to Hamza who gave us excellent service by the poolside catering to all our requests and always making sure we had everything we need so thank you very much. The rooms were spacious and large. The restaurant staff at Azure were very attentive and the food was great. The family pool and the children’s splash area is great and we will definitely be returning.
