Holiday Inn & Suites Al Jubail

The hotel is new and clean, plenty of parking also. It is nearby to a supermarket, coffee shops, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. Management is accommodating to guests requests. Food is great and waiters are very nice. it's a great value for money.

Unfortunately I sent them a note that I am coming with my wife, but the gave us 2 small beds. Also the receptionist during check in wasn't up to the standard of welcoming guests. The food and appearance is very nice.

Nice staff, clean and quite. They let us check in early with no problems.

Close to restaurant and shop but the price was high

I always stay in the Holiday Inn Al Jubail when in the Eastern Province for work. It's a new hotel, all of the staff are super friendly, and i always get upgraded to a suite. Check in is quick and easy, i often arrive in the morning and ask for an early check inn to prepare for meetings, it's never a problem as long as i ask in advance. Rooms are clean and well fitted out, love the coffee machine and mini fridge. The restaurant is also well staffed and friendly, there are theme nights throughout the week also. Breakfast is good selection and the staff can't do enough for you. A special mention to Mohammed Al Hamoud who is always smiling and can't do enough for you. Highly recommend.

Overall, enjoyed my stay. The ironing board was faulty and I did not get a proper replacement. What I got was a small board that was a bit cumbersome to handle.

The place was very clean and relaxing

The staff here are amazing, but today I want to highlight Helal from housekeeping. I had some special requests that were not easy, and he cheerfully met them. When I work my room is always ready when I come back from work, and on weekends he services my room quickly but efficiently (I barely have time for a coffee in the cafe downstairs). Outstanding service - glad to have met him.

While I could write about many parts of the hotel, for this review I want to focus on Roushon from the laundry. Roushon looked after me. I sent his a shirt that had been damaged (long story, one button not working because button hole too large) and Roushon repaired the shirt. It looks like a new shirt! Extremely happy. It is people like Roushon that make my stays in the Holiday Inn in Jubail wonderful
