Arabian Nights Village

My wife and I stayed 2 nights here early Feb 2024. For us it was an extravagant indulgence as typically do not stay in such expensive resorts. The place itself was wonderful and as described. We hired a 4x4 to get there and was a couple of hours out of Abu Dhabi well into the desert with the last 20km on a desert road through amazing sand-dunes. The accomodation was excellent-we stayed one of the air conditioned suites which was beautiful. The swimming pool area was fantastic and the whole site was just beautiful. The food was something else-the first night the whole buffet was brought to our table and enough food to feed us for a week. The food was amazing with a huge selection of dishes and the breakfast equally fantastic. The staff were very attentive throughout our stay and couldnt do enough for us. The desert experiences were also fantastic. We had a marvelous time and would highly recommend to others. The people here were also very kind in that our hire car developed a flat tyre and without asking they not only noticed this but repaired it so that we didnt have any delay. Altogether a wonderful couple of days in the desert. The only single thing that could be better is a longer time allowed on the sand buggies, 10 minutes for each days stay seemed very short. We went for the day, The 'road' to get there was so rough we thought the dashboard was going to come apart or blow some tyres, then slowing down due to depth of sand - it's a wide desert track which starts when the tarmac just stops. Go in a 4x4, our little hire car was not up to it. Dinner was good but the music more of an acquired taste. The sand buggies are great fun, but they roll over easily and they charge through the nose if you do. We did. Worth a visit.

1.5 Hours drive from Abu Dhabi towards Al Ain, hidden away among towering dunes ,Arabian Night Village gives visitors a taste of traditional Bedouin life, with all the modern comforts. There are plenty of desert activities for us. In the night they turns off lights all around...the moonlight of the night ,full of stars reminds me to going back to my childhood days... Bonfire is a lovely experience in the winter night. Add to that belly dancing and Shisha with sumptuous dinner with Steaks No WIFI..29 Kms of Unpaved road full of dunes on both sides with Camels, a very nice Journey. if you are new to Dune Bashing, this is the place since the dunes are not very high. Camel riding with Family is a bonus. All included in the package. The Staff was very cordial and welcoming. The Swimming pool doesn't have temperature control, so might be cold in Winter.

Spectacular experience and one night is not enough. The whether was awesome the service and staff were exceptional. You just disconnect from the city in a desert ambiance. The food variations were delicious and fresh the program included was nice driving in the dunes, camels, pool, bonfire and music The rooms are cozy, clean and has the basics, it's safe and well equipped. A great place to relax. We enjoyed everything expecially the dune bashing. Good food and good staff. I will definitely visit this place again. You must try to go to this place. Highly recommended.

Though we spent just one night, the Village made our stay ever so memorable. From the authentic architectural looks to the individual chalets - with blissfully superior air-conditioning, excellent washroom with amenities, terrific food, a nice pool, very friendly and helpful staff...I could go on and on. Whether you like it or not - no TV. No Wi-fi / Internet. So, peace and quiet. A whole host of outdoor activities including camel rides, buggy rides, sand boarding, cycling. And of course, no Arabian night is complete without a belly dancer. Overall, a place I would love to go back and this time, stay longer to relax, un-wind and enjoy the fantastic hospitality. Thoroughly recommend this resort.
