The hotel is absolutely stunning with a high focus on customer service and cleanliness.
I was thoroughly impressed the high standards during my stay and had great interactions with all staff members.
Overall I would highly recommend to any friends or family.

Very good hotel, great location, clean facilities and housekeeping staff are friendly. However, their automated call system doesn't work (I was calling from UAE), I couldn't get in touch with anyone before arriving.
Swimming pool timings are NOT business friendly (from 9am-6pm). Toilet is not the most comfortable, as the shower doesn't have a closure (or a door) so water was all around after the shower. And the water flow from the sink is extremely slowl, I had to remove the nozzle to get a good flow.

An ideal location in Al-Khobar for an enjoyable weekend with all the entertainment places, restaurants, sea and cafes, the shopping promenade. I recommend the café, the eighth floor, with a beautiful and enjoyable view of Al-Khobar. All around you is a beautiful and enjoyable view………………………….The food is classy and good. The prices are good and acceptable to enjoy.

Thank you for the good experience, but one thing im looking for are slippers i thought they have, overall was great experience. We will come back again, worth it our staying here in al khobar….
