Hotel in a great location next to the Nile River. The room has its own balcony and you can see the Cairo Tower on the other side of the river. It is said that the rooftop restaurant has a panoramic view of Cairo. Unfortunately, it is not open during Ramadan. I regret that I missed it. The hotel breakfast is not bad!

The hotel lobby is gorgeously decorated, and although there seem to be many travelers checking in, the front desk service is fast.
Because we arrived at the hotel at two in the morning, we were upgraded to a suite for free due to the number of room types, which was a 10-minute surprise.
The room is beautiful, with plenty of space. The facilities and Wi-Fi in the room are reasonable. The view of the Nile River is beautiful. The curtains are good for blocking out light. The breakfast selection the next day was good, but the taste and quality were not as expected as the five-star level, which was average.

Would not recommend staying here for many reasons including impolite staff, outdated rooms and overall being overpriced for what it is. We stayed here for 2 nights and after one night, there was a water leak in the bathroom with water covering almost the entirety of the floor. We informed reception and after a while, they informed us that we had to change room. After waiting hours (with no apology btw, as if it was our fault), they transferred us to another room, which was worse than the one we originally had and had paid extra for. Overall, bad experience which wasted valuable time on our holiday.

The hotel is spacious, expansive, at first glance it makes a good impression. Lots of restaurants right on the Nile. The room itself wasn't crazy though. Dirty carpet by the bed, stained footrest by the armchair, only a bathtub with a rain shower in the bathroom. Everything is OK, but for the price it is not enough. At check in, we had to wait about 20 minutes to get the room, although we checked in after 15. At check out, we waited over an hour for our luggage to be brought from the room. Old sunbeds by the pool. It could have been much better.
