One of the best intercontinental hotels we have ever been too. Classy hotel and fantastic amenities. Shaheedah from Egypt did our checkin smoothly. Abdou helped with our bags. All the staff were well trained and took care of the guests. One thing that could be changed is someone should be attending at the checkin/check out counters to avoid annoying customers because no one could make out who was next in the queue. Food was amazing and the beach and pool awesome. Although in January when we went the sea water was too cold and very windy. So beach was difficult to swim in but the pool was temperature controlled. Great hotel and value for money. Also the pressure of the showers should be increased if possible. And better shampoo should be arranged too.

Very bougie and lovely! It was a perfect stay! Food was amazing, people were fantastic, and the grounds/rooms are immaculate!!! This is somewhere you'll want to stay every time you visit RAK!!!

Beautiful and modern hotel. Has to be one of the top 3 hotels in the Emirate. All rooms face the sea so you can’t go wrong with any of them. The rooms are large. So are the balconies. You have the option to book inter-connecting rooms for larger families.

Location: First of all, the location is okay, facing the sea. Hygienic environment of the room: There are hairs on the sink, the floor and carpet are not clean, the balcony is not clean, and toiletries are not complete. Service: Insufficient staff, calls to the front desk in the room went unanswered. When I finally checked out, I told the front desk, but nothing happened. Facilities: Many plugs are broken, drying hair is a big job, and the mobile phone was not plugged in all night. The air conditioning control panel is not sensitive! My bad temper is going to kill me! Let’s talk about breakfast: Are you treating everyone like sheep? They're all vegetarian, there's nothing to eat... Hey... Forget it at this price!

Super good, rest assured lovin'! The staff are very friendly. I am very grateful to the female guide in the cafeteria who can remember our favorite locations. Thumbs up.

The hotel was newly opened last year. It is large enough, but the facilities are not well maintained. Each room has a balcony, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry. The classic sea view room I booked did not look like the picture at all. It was arranged in a corner. Where are the good sea view rooms? It can only be said to be a partial sea view. I asked the front desk manager and was told that this is what a classic sea view looks like. So if you want to come to this hotel, be sure not to book this room type. It’s too deceptive. You can find a guy when you go to the beach. Get mineral water, but they won’t take the initiative to ask you like other five-star hotels. It may be a new opening. Obviously the hotel is too big, the service staff is insufficient, the service cannot keep up, the hygiene is so-so, and there is dust in many places in the room. 12 noon I knocked on the door right away to urge you to check out. I was really speechless. I probably won’t go there a second time.

The room is large and the service is good. The only suggestion is to add a clothes drying rack on the balcony of the room.

The rooms are all sea view, the service is very good, the staff is very nice, the food in the restaurant is super delicious😋, I love the steak at Safar and the Arabic food at the Lebanese restaurant~
