The villa was really good and clean, and the place is very good near

The place was not clean; the room and the fridge were in poor condition compared to last year when I stayed here, as the bathroom was very clean. Additionally, the towels were dirty, and there was hair in the drawers. In addition, the reception staff were very rude, except for one employee named Report, who was very helpful.

Honestly better than our previous stays. Hospitality is so perfect for the first time for real. Elian the operator of room service (supervisor) was friendly, helpful, nice and welcoming for real. Housekeeping ladies were so nice. Just need to concentrate more on pest control of the villas and tidy up the outdoor garden.

Was a great experience with the family. They very much enjoyed all the facilities in the resort, including the main swimming pool, the restaurant and others. Definitely a place I will consider to come back again in the near future. Thank you Maysan for the wonderful experience you provided to us.

The place is amazing, but the service is so bad No one answers the calls, we had to ask more than 4 times to get what we want, not letting the driver in and not providing enough cars too and the excuse was that the resort is full?!! As an LXR property it should be more proffesional & prepared for things like that! Specially that its the holiday season! anything we asked for must have extra payment (entering catering carts, ordering plates even though there was nothing in the villa except coffe cups) and give attitude before providing what you needed, no water in the toilet! They told us we need to pay 1500 QAR so we can get those services, i was there a week before The catering cart was allowed & we ordered plates without any extra charge. When i told the receptionist he started yelling and saying (this was a week before we are in a new week now?!?!?!) We was really shocked!

Annoying voice the whole day we couldn’t sleep since early morning if you have work at the hotel do it later time bad experience for me and the services was so bad take long time to bring something , I don’t pay to relax and have a bad experience on my birthday

The floor was dirty when we arrived and the pool had a dirty floor and there were dead insects inside and there was also dust everywhere in the curtains and chairs and outside as well. The towels smelled bad. Breakfast prices are very expensive, there are no entertainment facilities in the place, and all entertainment costs money. Why are there no exceptions for guests? Very boring experience
