I wanted to give a bad review. First of all, I spent so much money, but on the day of check-in, the room card could not open the door. After entering the house from the back door, the air conditioner of the house was broken. I stayed in the house without air conditioning for nearly an hour, and the room card was not delivered. Since I had an appointment to join the tour at 4:30 pm, I had no choice but to walk back to the office. When I came back in the evening, I found that the air conditioner was still not fixed. A worker came to take a half-day off and finally asked me to wait. After I waited for nearly half an hour, another employee came and said that they wanted to change the room. Don't get me wrong, I was not upgraded. It was still the same size of the house, and this time there was no room card, and I used the key directly. But I want to sincerely thank Mr. Salah Albluwi and his team and Mr. Saad for their help. My car was punctured on the second day, and they helped me fix it under the scorching sun. Thank you very much. If it weren't for their help, I would definitely give the hotel a bad review of one point! To be honest, the environment is very good! But the two things about the key and the air conditioner really disappointed me! It was originally a perfect trip, but it became ordinary!

The room was smaller than expected. If you go to the restaurant for breakfast early, you can only order food, not buffet. I am not used to it. The next day, I went at 7:30 and it was a buffet breakfast, which was quite rich. You can call a shuttle bus in the hotel. I waited for 20 minutes before leaving. The front desk called several times and kept urging me. They kept saying that they were on the way. There was less than 500 meters in total. If it wasn't for the sandy land with luggage, they wouldn't have called the shuttle bus. In the end, I couldn't wait and walked halfway with my luggage before the shuttle bus came. There were also strange animals in the room.

I didn't stay at Banyan Tree, but just went there for a meal, and they could send me back to Habitats for free. The most speechless thing is that when the hotel was not in the room, when they moved my suitcase to the shelf, they might have directly pulled the suitcase from the ground, and the zipper was broken. As a result, when I negotiated with them, they said that the zipper might be broken by itself and would not be broken when moving. It's not a big deal, but I feel that their attitude is to shirk responsibility first and not apologize sincerely. I suggest that if you live in the Banyan Tree next door, you can come to this restaurant to have a meal and just look at the swimming pool. And I had two meals at Banyan Tree, it was really delicious

What a great house. Living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are all available. The breakfast service attitude is great! Breakfast is also delicious!
