I just wanted to start out saying the front desk agent, Amanda was so helpful with everything I needed during my stay this past weekend. When I needed extra towels she was able to get me some and when I needed to find a place to eat she was helpful in knowing what was near by. She was very friendly and what you should see when walking into an establishment such as a hotel. The rooms are also very clean and neat. I will be coming back here in the future when I find myself coming through Batavia again.
