I’ve traveled extensively for business over 18 years. This is the most comfortable bed, hotel room and bathroom I have ever had. The bed is super soft and room is spatious with ambient lighting. I felt like I was in a spa. Shower was big and had ledges to use as needed. Room was very clean. I hope it never changes as this will be my choice whenever I visit.

The staff were GREAT! Helpful, willing to take time to see to all our needs. We have stayed often and will continue to give this hotel chain our first consideration when traveling. The room was clean enougch, at least the most important things--the bed and the bathroom.
The part where there is tile flooring is cleaned with something that leaves ibehind a slippery film and when you step on it leaves black marks on the floor, so it did not make me feel okay being barefoot.
The carpet on the hallway is desprately old and needs to be replaced. The elevator was not very clean either.
The breakfast was very complete and coffee was good

I stayed here for 2 nights in January 2024, during the cold snap that shut the city down. Our room was large, well appointed, and clean. The bathroom was in great shape with well working fixtures, and I give the bathroom 5 out of 5 stars. The breakfast as well crafted, and despite the dry bagels, everything was satisfactory overall. I did not like that we could not turn the fan off in our room, so our room stayed warmer than we needed it to be for our stay. My mom used the gym facilities which were more than adequate. I would stay here again.
