Maalesef odaya gece giriş yaptığımızda WC temizlenmemişti. Çarşaflar eskilikten sararmış ve lekeliydi. Gece lambası yoktu. Duşlar paslanmıştı. Yani genel olarak cok güzel olabilecek bu otel, oldukça bakımsızdı. Personel cok güleryüzlü ve ilgili.

Ieder jaar gaan wij met heel veel plezier naar Ala Hotel in Alacati. Wij vinden hier het ultieme rust. De ongedwongen sfeer en de ontspannen architectuur bevalt ons zeer! De kamers zijn smaakvol en romantisch ingericht. Ligging is fantastisch. Mocht je de drukte willen opzoeken, hoef je drie minuten te lopen. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en ook het ontbijt is fantastisch.

Magnifique Boutique Hôtel! Personnel super sympathiques! Très bien placé! Calme ! Propriétaires très à l’écoute et attentifs aux demandes. Petits déjeuner gourmand avec de la nourriture locale. Pour le prix ça en vaut la peine!! Hâte d’y retourner!!

Wir waren 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und der Poolbereich wurde regelmäßig desinfiziert. Die Hand- und Badetücher wurden jeden Tag gewechselt. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht gehabt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns auch beim Tragen der Joffer geholfen jedoch, waren sie manchmal nicht an der Rezeption, sodass man auf sie warten musste. Eine Klingel oder dergleichen wäre vielleicht gut, um auf sich aufmerksam machen zu können. Das Zimmer hat eine gute Klimaanlage und einen Kühlschrank. Der Schlüssel für das Zimmer ist etwas unpraktisch und man kann das Zimmer nicht beim ersten Versuch aufschließen. Das Hotel liegt an einer gut besuchten Straße und es kann echt laut werden. Zum lediglichen übernachten in Alacati reicht es vollkommen aus.
