Despite its charming design and atmosphere, staying in Maison d'azur for 6 nights wasn't pleasant at all due to the poor soundproofing: you could hear every single detail from the rooms around you, we were unable to sleep, imagine you can hear the water running in the pipes after flushing the toilet! We were also unlucky with the noisy people staying in the rooms beside us who decided to throw a party until 6 AM in the morning! Note that the room was extremely tiny not as expected. Staying in maison d'azur for one or two nights is recommended but definitely not more. It's location is perfect, right next to the center of Alacati and the team was very kind and helpful when needed.

We chose this hotel for four friends for holidays. We realised that we were making the right decisions in the welcome stage. We were welcomed by a friendly and warm-blooded couple, they also helped with the beaches and places to go :) The hotel is very central as a location. The breakfast is very successful. I came here with my husband and my mom on a family trip at the end of May 2021. The hotel is located centrally in Alacati, which is such a cute town with boutique shops, hotels, and restaurants. It's so central, that if you are driving, be careful to take main roads only, and not follow Google Maps because it will drive you through the narrow streets of the historic town. The best place to park is around the intersection of 3010 and 3005 sk. The hotel is one block from the beginning of the weekly market, which nobody should miss! The breakfast is phenomenal here, and was different every day -- definitely not your typical ”included breakfast”! Breakfast featured lots of local cheeses, and home-made pastries and jams, often made from produce grown at the Kostem family farm! You could tell a lot of love and care goes into these breakfasts. There was a small front patio area, and there was a large beautiful back garden, where we had breakfast every morning. Since it was covid times, we had to get takeout and also ate dinner in the back garden every night, which was serene. Inside the lobby and the rooms, the decor is composed of hand-selected antiques and looks very cute. We would definitely stay here again!
