Great hotel from the minute you walk in. Superbly clean which wins me over all the time. My girlfriends and I had a family suite overlooking the pool with ocean views loved it. The pool area was clean and plenty of sun beds. The beach was amazing, crystal clear waters with plenty of sun beds. Amazing poolside beachside service. Each bed has its own buzzer and staff acted immediately. Breakfast was nice however I would have preferred some hot food other than boiled eggs. There were no juices or refreshments available. This is quite disappointing for a hotel at this level. The manager Mr Tuncay was very helpful and accommodating we stayed a extra night as there was not much to fault about this hotel.

The 5th breakfast is perfect, the quality of its prons. A bathroom with a hairdryer and a rough bathroom. A clean hotel. The hotel owners are looking, they are very interested. Every detail is discussed, quiet but close to the centre. The parking is available. Gonul can be preferred with relaxation.

We came to the Palas Shop Hotel burning our 1000 TL caparra and offering high quality service as cleaning, hygiene and staff. The Sultan Housings landscape is great. You can stay in the garden for hours. It's Most Most Natural. The main hole distance has been the traffic sound of all other hotels, but the House Housers Alaçati is quiet to you from this traffic sound. Why should you prefer the most important details of staff are Güler Face and Guestperver. The value they all have given to the diction, cleaning and guests is great. If you indicate it from day to day, they are also preparing the dinner you want. Another shop is an option that no hotel offers and certainly between the puff points. If you ask for a great garden of quality, the hygiene, the Guler Face service, it is certainly a recommendation.

The landlord was very enthusiastic. There were only a few of us that night. He was also very warm and entertaining. The room was very good. The couple were very nice and gave a lot of advice. And many things in the room are very delicate, especially the toiletries, they are all good quality, breakfast is very thoughtful.

The store manager and the boss are gentle beauties and have free afternoon tea. Because of carelessness, when checking out, I forgot my mobile phone in the room, and then flew directly to Istanbul. After many ideals, the mobile phone finally returned to China. Thank you manager for your help!

Upon reaching closer to the hotel in Alacati they sent the bell boy to guide us to the parking, the check in was super fast and yes the lady at reception (apologies missed her name) was very supportive all through - thank you madam. The room, we booked a family suite located on the ground floor, this block is 150 years old and I was amazed how both the rooms in our suite and the washroom were preserved and just made super chic.. every single item was well thought of in detail. The TV set looked a bit dated but we hardly used it. The bed and pillows were of good quality. The breakfast area / garden was outdoors very beautifully done, the pool was super chic and they had a hot pool also. The breakfast was Turkish style ie on the table.. each and every item was just so fresh the jams, fruits, breads, variety of cheese etc this was wonderful - thank you. We being vegetarians there was limited variety to try the dinner resto. The service was fabulous, house keeping, reception, restaurant etc and the owners ensured to ask for our comfort and feedback thank you. The big negative was not for the hotel but just that our suite being on the ground floor had a restaurant playing live music until late night which hindered our sleep until 1am and also lot of people passing through the by-lane through the night was a bit disturbing. Apart from which we had a wonderful stay at the Viento Alacati - thanks team Viento.

Very good boss and proprietress, kind and amiable, the location is super convenient to go to the old city for a five-minute walk, very clean and tidy, because I did not see clearly that it is the basement room. The boss changed the room on the second floor for free, which is very nice

Nie wieder…!!! Aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen über dieses Hotel habe ich für mich und mein 5 jähriges Kind meine Unterkunft gebucht und eine Teilzahlung per Westernunion geleistet. Bereits bei Ankunft im Hotel wurde ich sofort auf den restlichen Betrag angesprochen. Dabei hatte ich nicht einmal mein Gepäck abgestellt. Nach dem Einchecken wollte meine Tochter unbedingt schwimmen gehen, daher sind wir sofort losgegangen. Später als ich im Zimmer mein Kinder geduscht habe, bemerkte ich, dass das Bad nicht gründlich gesäubert war. Auf der Fensterbank wo man auch die Shampooflaschen abstellt, waren Ohrringe von meinen Vorgängern, Haare und recht viel Staub. Nach dem oh die Damen darauf angesprochen habe, hieß es, dass es nicht sein kann. Ich bat sie ins Zimmer und sie durften sich selber davon überzeugen. Erst dann wurde nichts mehr gesagt und die Bereiche gesäubert. Nach zwei Tagen war die Vereinbarung in ein anderes Zimmer zu wechseln, welches größer und für uns geeigneter sein sollte. Das Zimmer war zwar kleiner, was nicht so tragisch war, aber im Bad am Waschbecken waren noch Zahnpastareste und auf dem Boden war Sand und Flecken und auch am Bettrand war noch Sand. Dann prüfte ich noch unter dem Bett und auch das sah nicht gut aus, da waren sogar neben dem ganzen Staub noch Verpackungsmaterial von Vorgängern. Der Eigentümer fragte ob alles ok sei, und ich sagte leider nein und es nicht richtig gesäubert wurde. Er informierte seine Frau und sie beschritt das direkt ab und das das nicht sein kann. Im Zimmer zeigte ich ihr alles und sie war ziemlich geschockt und entschuldigte sich mehrfach. Daraufhin kamen die Damen und fragten nach was nicht in Ordnung sei, auch sie beschritten es ab und wollten mit mir diskutieren, worauf ich mich nicht einließ. Ich musste den wieder zeigen wo alles verdreckt war. Die gesamte Situation verursachte schlechte Gefühle bei mir und ich kam mir sehr eigenartig vor. Nach dieser Aktion wurde ich nicht mehr begrüßt, bedient und über mich wurde lautstark mit anderen Gästen gesprochen. Als ich sagte, dass ich es nicht in Ordnung ist und man mit Kommunikation alles klären könnte, ist die Eigentümerin ausgerastet und sagte, dass ich das Hotel verlassen soll. Es war ohnehin mein letzter Tag und hatte bereits mein Taxi gerufen. Die Situation eskalierte so dermaßen, dass ich mit meinem 5Jahre altem Kind bei 40 grad vor der Tür warten musste. Auch nachts war es in diesem Hotel extrem laut, sodass ein anderer Gast in der Nacht aus dem Zimmer rausgegangen ist und sehr laut die Putzfrauen angeschrien hat. Diese waren mit anderen Gästen feiern und lachten rücksichtslos mitten in der Nacht sehr laut. Insgesamt war das die schlimmste Erfahrung, die ich in Hotels gemacht habe, die Unprofessionalität und alles andere vermiesten meinem Kind und mir den Urlaub. Am schlimmsten fand ich, dass alles neben meinem Kind abspielte und sie deswegen fix und alle war.

We stayed at Gaia Bazaar for a long weekend in August. I have been going to Cesme/Alacati for many years and Gaia Bazaar has been the best hotel I have stayed at so far. In terms of ambiance, the hotel has a cool bohemian vibe both inside and outside the rooms. It reminded me of my visit to Tulum. The entrance of the hotel has the best coffee shop chain (that is originally from Istanbul). If you are into coffee, this is the place to drink coffee. It also has some amazing cocktails (they are open until 2am). In addition, the breakfast included was so so yummy. Location wise it was also very convenient. I'm definitely going back with more friends summer next year. I can't wait!

Breakfast is a traditional Turkish breakfast, all kinds of things, because at night, some bars and restaurants in the town will seal the road at night. The car can't drive. You need to drive to PTT first, then navigate to the hotel. In winter, the town is not good to see. It is better to recommend Cheshmey to live by the sea. The town is under construction everywhere
