the room they gave us was terrible,stained sheets,the next room did not look as if they cleaned the toilet, the shower had mildew or mold, the coffee pot had coffee in the pot.the lady at the counter was nice,but there were no refunds so we had to take the second room

Manager is horrible. I came to check in but I was ask to remove my car because the parking is for customers only. But then, I said I am here to check in but this guy who introduced himself as the manager says I can check in now for $30 more dollars (2:40pm) other than that I am not a customer therefore leave the parking and come back when I am a customer.

We need a refund. We did not stay. No. TV. Not a handicapped accessible room as we reserved.

Room wasn't ready/clean. They allowed us to check in with no linen on the beds. Had 2 rooms; the shower didn't work in 1 room , the TV didn't work in either room. The room that was "clean" had cigarette burn holes in the linen.

This is the place nigh**ares are made of. After a long day of traveling we were looking for an economical place to stay. The lady at the desk assured us it was clean and comfortable. She was very nice, until 15 minutes later when we wanted a refund. We went in the room, and found just filth. Dirty towels with black foot prints, stains on the bedding, and a bug on the mattress. We left. We were refused a refund and went down the street where we found a Quality Inn for approximately the same price that was clean and comfortable. If you see this place drive on by quickly.

The bathroom was dirty, with peeling paint and moldy shower. There was no Internet connection the whole time I was here and there is no phone to call the front desk. There is no USB plug near the bed head. I had to pull the bed out to reach.
