No room service, toilet door was without lock, poor ventilation and lack of fresh air, no cupboard, no toilet soap nor towel

Stinky toilets, no mirror in wash basin, no shaving can be done, leakages in taps, beds rolls not comfortable to sleep. Entrance to room was pathetic and our head collides with the steps. Food was good.
