We have stayed at this hotel numerous times. The staff were kind and courteous. The hotel manager, Kurt, has always been very professional and helpful in finding us a room. The breakfast was very good with many selections. Our room was very clean. Water pressure could have been stronger, but I believe that may vary with each room. Our key card had to be refreshed every other day. It would be helpful if that could be improved. The WiFi worked great. This is our favorite hotel in Okemos. We are always well taken care of here. That’s why we keep coming back.

Bathrub drain leaked. Heater did not work properly, room was cold. Fawcet in bathroom leaked, drain under sink leaked, only one comfortable chair in a room for 2. No daily room cleaning. Poor and uncomfortable accomodations

Clean room, nice breakfast. Great for a quick stay in the area. Pool was a plus.

This is a pretty good lodging option, and my go to place when in this area. It is a great location, right off the freeway, near a number of restaurants, gas stations, and within a stones throw of all type of activities. On this particular occasion, there were certain issues that arose that were not typical of previous stays. I am assuming they were in place only for this weekend, due to the fact that this was graduation weekend for Michigan State University. I understand the necessity of the implementation of certain changes based on "special occasion" time frames, however, I hope that these are not regular changes that will be perminent.

Our stay was ok. staff was very nice and room was pretty clean overall. The king bed moved as my partner would turn through the night. Not a full size refrigerator as stated on website. Hairdryer and remotes were sticky.

Breakfast was very good. Hotel was very busy but did not have any issues. Hotel was very clean. We come to this hotel multiple times a year. My wife liked talking to the staff members as they were very friendly. We will be back in the Summer. Thank you.
