酒店周邊緊挨海灘和Shoping mall，環境和不錯，在阿拉梅達，治安也好些。購物吃飯很方便，房間也很大，還有公寓具備的電爐，烤箱等，很方便，頭一天入住房間沒打掃好廁所都沒沖，感覺很差，給前台説了馬上換了房間，房間的電視和燈具有些老舊，有的電視還是顯像管的，燈的開關也需要維護，有個小的室外泳池，天氣温差大，沒有去遊，酒店綠化不錯，停車方便，早餐過於簡單，大堂咖啡24小時提供，綜合評價還可以。

信用卡刷了按金。酒店不退一直欺騙。而且本人退房時候前台信誓旦旦説下午2.00退按金，結果不退。平台發訊息，平台説3-5個工作日。今天又説5-7個工作日？太噁心了。酒店住宿環境不錯，房間不行。沒早餐。服務設施太破

When we lived in Alameda our visiting families would often stay here. It was nothing spectacular, just a clean, decent priced hotel. We made our reservations under the presumption it was the same ol’ place. WRONG.
Filthy steps leading to the rooms, broken closet doors, one bed was hard, one was sunken in the middle, vent in bathroom was THICK with dust, I could go on.
Then you have the bowling parking lot directly across with sketchy people talking loudly well past 1AM.
Location is nice because it’s a stone’s throw from the water.
That’s it though. They really need to invest in some upkeep.

I checked in on a very hot day by myself to get some down time and recharge. The first room didn’t have working air conditioning and looked very unkept and dirty. I was uncomfortable sitting down anywhere let alone lay down.
The person at the front desk was kind and attentive. She moved me to another room, but it was also uncomfortable and unkept. I was so uncomfortable I ended up leaving.

This is a motel with a lot of heart but has seen better times. Nonetheless we enjoy the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. It’s a tired structure and might not meet some expectations but it meets ours. We’ll be back as amenities are all within walking distance and staff are welcoming. 😊

This place was not what I was expecting. It is very dingy and dirty. There were stains all over the the 1970s furniture. Nothing has been updated in this room. It still had a tube style TV. I paid extra to get the view of the lagoon and the door was broken to go outside to enjoy that. It looked like people are living at this hotel as there were kids riding bikes and running all through the courtyard. I DO NOT recommend.
