After booking this hotel, my family informed me that I am no longer allowed to book the hotels for our trips. I agree with them! The staff was rude, there was a lady in the lobby talking on the phone about a bond and getting someone out of jail, the cops came at one point over the weekend, the elevator was broken the entire time, the stairwell looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. The room was halfway decent, however the door looked like it’s been kicked in a time or three. It also took me a minute to get over the fact that it smells like cigarette smoke someone tried to mask with perfume. They also stole our charger which we know for a fact was left on the bed, and then lied to us about it when we went back.

The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet. The one elevator broke down and my room was on the 4th floor. The toilet was very low and the bed was high making it difficult for an elderly woman to use. I wanted to take a shower but the shower had mold in it. The building appeared to be in desperate need of maintenance and repairs. However, the front desk staff was quite pleasant. The complementary breakfast was rather good and the woman servicing it was very attentive to the breakfast area.

The room was ok. There was no hot water in the room. The elevator did not work. I was there for 3 nights and had to shower elsewhere. Had a hot tub in my room but again no hot water.

Staff very friendly, rooms clean. Bed comfortable. Only complaint was that the hot water wasn’t very hot. In shower turned all the way as hot as it would go, it was barely warm. On the first day of our stay I informed front desk staff that the hot water didn’t seem to be working properly and they said they would have the maintenance person check it. On day 3 I still took a very fast Luke warm shower.
Otherwise our stay was fine.

Initial room wasn't clean. Got sent to a different room which was fair. Elevator not working. No hot water. Whole place smelled like pot. Thumbs up to the guy behind the desk who tried his best

Our tv remote did not work, there was no hot water, and our dead bolt lock did not lock. Very disappointing
