It's too noisy and the soundproofing is very poor. It's so noisy upstairs that I can't sleep. The penetrating sound of the spring bed and toilet water upstairs can wake me up. It's impossible to fall asleep when people move around. It's a very poor hotel.

Location wise it’s great. The hotel is pretty clean and organize. The only thing I don’t like is the squeaky floor from upstairs. I think the walls are made of light materials. If your able to booked rooms at the 3 floor your safe otherwise it’s not a ideal place for light sleeper like I do. ☺️

Checked in here on a road trip. I’m not sure how old this hotel is but it is in fantastic condition. Everything looks brand new. Room was spotless. Beds and pillows were great. I would stay here anytime I was in the area. People were friendly. We had great views from the windows.

Very basic Hampton Inn. We chose this because of the pool/hot tub pictured, but the hot tub is no longer here; they are in the process of boarding it over. Ok pool for young kids, very warm. We were there during spring break, so breakfast was very basic and staff (one person) was having a difficult time keeping up. Didn’t realize until we were leaving that they did anything Hilton Diamond, saw a sign at the front desk mentioning benefits with a display of candy in an acrylic stand, opted for waters. Also saw a family returning sleds at the front desk, so I guess they had those for available for rent or loan? Would not have known that if I hadn’t seen family returning them. Hotel was clean and very close to White Sands National Park.
