The stay itself was pleasant, i.e. clean rooms, but you can see that the hotel is still very overwhelmed with a lot of things. The pool has not been cleaned since our stay, so there were already extremely green gaps (after just three days) and nobody cleaned it despite the staff being made aware of it several times. Breakfast is supposed to be included, but you get small portions of everything and if you want something else, such as chips or another orange juice/coffee etc., you have to pay extra for it, even though it says "included". Every guest is served the same thing for breakfast, i.e. a bit of everything, and we had the feeling that the guest had served us food that he hadn't eaten beforehand, as there were fruit residues on the vegetables and the food often didn't arrive fresh (vegetables dried out, chips cold). The room was not cleaned one day despite the message "Please clean". The worst is yet to come, our windshield was damaged on the hotel property/parking lot and the cameras apparently couldn't find anything. We were assured at the beginning that the parking lot was a safe place with video surveillance, which is why we parked our car there in the first place, but now we have a huge crack in the window and the hotel just wanted to fob us off. The crack in the window looks like someone had hit it or thrown a stone at it. They said they would get in touch with us and when they didn't respond, we drove to the hotel and asked if there was any news, but to no avail because they then said the hotel manager was in the hospital and they couldn't speak to anyone. Now two weeks have passed and no one has contacted us to this day. Considering it's supposed to be such a modern and new hotel, they treated us very badly and didn't give us any importance to our problem. In the lobby, only the receptionist talked to us and the guy in the office didn't even have the honor of coming out and talking to us. They just fobbed us off or tried to get rid of us by making excuses and didn't offer us any concessions. We also showed them photos as proof that the car was intact before our stay. So it 100% happened on the private property or the hotel parking lot, as we never moved the car from there and drove with our friends who were also on holiday there.
