I had booked a holiday through Corendon. This is my second vacation with them. Upon arrival at the hotel, you immediately saw that the photos of Corendon do not match what the hotel really looks like. The hotel was very very old and just filthy. Think of mold on the pool tables. Drinking from plastic cups without straws. For example, 9/10 times the fanta was simply beaten to death. Now the worst part I slept under "dirty" blankets for 8/9 days. Only when I reported to the reception that I was still sleeping under my dirty sheets. Was this changed and then suddenly every day too. Towels that I showered with 3 times a day, I threw on the floor near the shower drain. THESE DIRTY TOWELS WERE JUST HANGED TO DRY ON THE BALCONY. ALSO with that I could just take a shower again 🤢. Then the horrible bar staff, who spend all day looking at guests, don't speak any English at all. The restaurant staff super friendly. But things go wrong there too, if you book an all-inclusive holiday. And there is so little choice of food. And what's there that just wasn't tasty either. All in all this holiday has cost us enough. And unfortunately we ate and drank outside the door 3 times a day for 13 days. Just no atmosphere in the hotel, no entertainment. The sitting area where you can "snack" you can smell fresh cat turds all day long. Chairs + tables full of mould. Weeds everywhere. Garden is not maintained. Now you probably think it could get worse? YES, THAT'S POSSIBLE. You think you can safely book a complete holiday trip at Corendon. Our holiday started 31-08. The following Friday we received an email that our flight times had changed. So we would land in Rotterdam on 12/09 at 09:00. But that suddenly became 19:45. We had booked xl seats which are €20 per person because of the legroom. But because 2 flights were suddenly combined, those seats were overbooked. So I was able to pay for regular seats again. And still waiting to get my € 40 back The good thing is that there is just 0 response to it. But we are not there yet our flight left so 12/09 at 14:20 Turkish time. We arrived in Rotterdam at 19:45! WE HAD AN INTERMEDIATE LANDING IN MAASTRICHT. Without this being mentioned anywhere. So we were able to wait +60 minutes at that airport.
