We booked a very last minute holiday to Turkey , never been to Alanya before but many times to Turkey . We arrived very tired in the early hours , met by to pleasant members off staff who checked us in & helped us in the lift to our room . One inside he asked if we needed anything , the kids were hungry , he happily got milk & cereal for them despite it being 3am. We had a family room , 1 double in the bedroom & a sofa pull out made into a double . We have a 16yr old & 13 yr old boy & girl , they shared the bed for the night but the next morning the staff happily put another bed in to allow them their own beds . Air con in the room was a god send & worked very well . The rooms were very clean , bathroom a little dated but spotless . The maids came daily changed beds & towels , very lovely indeed . We did all inclusive, however it wasn’t the best , food was hot & ok but selection very limited . Waiters & waitresses very pleasant & attentive. The hotel is supposed to be a 4star it’s definitely a 3 . It would do better to be self catering as the location was perfect , as you step out of the door the most beautiful beach is in front of you , with fabulous cabanas , sun beds & amazing beach staff , yes you pay for this service but it absolutely made our holiday . The beach bar did fabulous breakfast of which we used daily & the one love Reggie bar 2 doors down was one of the friendliest bars we have been in Turkey . It’s a 20 min nice walk into main town Alanya which was nice . There is a supermarket 400yrds away which sells everything. This hotel is a great ideal base for the holiday in which you make it .

I've never reviewed a hotel, restaurant, shop, etc. but this hotel was atrocious, so a review is necessary to deter others from booking to stay here. I just returned from the hotel last night with my mum, sister and my sisters boyfriend and it has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel is listed as a 4 star but is a 2 star at best. - the hotel has very little staff and the staff that are there are all men (except one girl who collects dishes) - the staff are all very creepy towards young women (touching my face etc.) but are also very rude at the same time. - only one drink is allowed to be ordered at the bar at one time and there is very little selection of drinks, the cocktails and fruit juices cost extra. - there is very little choice for food and it all tastes disgusting, my family are not picky eaters but even we struggled to enjoy the food. - the food is always cold and looks and tastes like its been left out for days. - me and my mum got food poisoning from the food and had to spend days in bed, and are still unwell after returning. - the beds are rock solid and the rooms are very dirty. the walls are paper thin so you can hear every sound from the rooms around you and from bars around the area. (one night I even thought there was someone in my room from how thin the walls are.) - do not book a Turkish bath with the hotel, I was naked while getting a massage which was part of the package of the Turkish bath and the man from the hotel that we booked it with had been watching me from the door the whole time (I didn't realise until the masseuse did) - Wi-Fi is terrible and the air con only works in the rooms, nowhere else in the hotel. However the aircon turns off when you leave the room as only one key is given per room. - no slide in pool as shown and the pool is tiny with very minimal sun loungers around. - the only plus is that the beach is near but there are many hotels also on the beach front so book with one of them instead and there is an amazing bar right next to the hotel called reggae bar but again just book with another nearby hotel. long story short don't come here especially if you are a young girl or travelling with a young girl as all teenagers and young women were definitely unsafe here.

We landed early hours of the morning and the hotel staff were so accommodating. We had the most amazing room and sea view. The hotel was situated close to the beach and shops and had plenty of restaurants around it. The hotel was always clean and majority of the staff were really friendly. The cleaning staff were so polite and helpful. We found the food a bit bland, but always managed to find something to eat which was fine. The pool area was always clean and tidy, we never had trouble finding a sun lounger and the pool bar was handy for cold drinks throughout the day. The only downside was the fridge in the room would turn off when the key card was removed so our drinking water was always warm when we entered the room. We had the most amazing holiday and thought the hotel was great value for money. Overall we were both very pleased.

the hotel was super clean and nice. Staff members were helpfull and the food at the buffet was super good. The location is also amazing since the hotel is just next to the beach. We had nice time at the hotel and we will come back for sure. We wanna thank you especially Bekir and Hilpi for your good service.

The hotel deserves 3 stars. It is located at the end of Cleopatra Beach, almost at the exit of the city towards Antalya, and it's about 2 km to the Damlatas Cave at the other end of the beach. The street by the hotel is one-way, and it's quite a distance to the nearest bus stop, so if you don't like walking, choose another hotel. To get to the beach from the hotel, you just need to cross the street. The rooms in the hotel are of a good standard and clean. I rate the cleaning service as good. Overall, the hotel staff is helpful, but they sometimes make mistakes, like waking me up in the middle of the night because they confused rooms. The food is typical buffet style, not of very high quality, and not very healthy (e.g., only processed cold cuts, white bread only, instant coffee, only chemical drinks), but apart from that, everyone can find something for themselves, although nothing extraordinary. If you want to try traditional Turkish cuisine, I recommend going to a restaurant. What bothered me a lot is the tolerance of smoking on the hotel premises. If you don't like tobacco smoke, you won't find a place on the terrace and in the buffet. You can even smell the smoke in the rooms. I'm afraid it's the same in other hotels and bars in Alanya, as I had the opportunity to observe. For this reason, I don't recommend the hotel for families with children. Moreover, the hotel does not organize entertainment for children, does not provide a children's menu, and the hotel pool is small. There are clubs and restaurants around the hotel, and it gets noisy until late at night, and the hotel windows don't provide much sound insulation. When it finally gets quiet, you can even hear the sound of the waves through the windows. The hotel is a decent base for exploring Alanya and its surroundings. If you want to spend most of your time at the hotel, I recommend choosing a hotel with a higher standard and a wider range of attractions.

This hotel turned out to be quite a hidden gem. Located in the quiet neighbourhood, minute away from the beach (just across the street) it has all one couple needs for a relaxing vacation. Room was, although not too spacious, quite nicely furnished, had an amazingly comfy bed and proper AC, with big enough bathroom and large shower cabin. Cleaning was simply superb. Restaurant was quite good, with food being a bit monotonous for breakfast (but ample and tasty), while for lunch and especially for dinner it was very rich, both in terms of flavour and variety. At least three or four meat dishes, and quite often fish as well, accompanied by many sauces and sallads, hearty soup, with tasty variety of cakes for dessert. Service at the restaurant and bar was very good and staff were very kind and polite. All inclusive concept was fair and as expected. Beach no.22 was just in front of the hotel and it had the best guys working there, amazing in every way (they even make sure you're in constant shade if you want to be, by putting two parasols instead of one and placing them in the best position around you throughout a day, at least three or four times, just as the sun moves), but the drawback was that the entrance to the sea was hindered by those infamous 'stone plates' which were quite slipery. However, some 200m down the beach towards the city center (at the beach 19) entrance to the sea is sandy as the beach itself and much easier to enter. Finally, as for the city center and marina, you'll be rellatively far from them, some three kilometers, but you'll be able to have nice stroll towards them (some 40-50 minutes of easy walking) if you choose to, but you can allways take the bus number 1 and be at the bazzar in some 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Bus stop is some 5 minutes walking from the hotel. All in all, definatelly a hotel to recommend, trully a hidden gem.

We stayed here for a week in July 2022. The hotel is OK. It’s modern and clean which is great. It’s all inclusive but the food wasn’t up to standard. We didn’t eat dinner here once only breakfast and lunch. Dinners were lots of meat stews and I’m vegetarian. The drinks weren’t great either. There is a poor selection only iced tea, Coke, Fanta, Efes beer, Vodka, Gin and Raki. Soft drinks are poured out of big warm bottles so they were always flat. And there are 2 bars one at poolside and one at front of hotel but they were never open at the same time. So if you’re by the pool and it was mealtime you would have to wait until pool bar opens or walk around the front to get a drink. No cocktails are included and one night we asked to pay for some but the chef wasn’t in to make them? Also Turkish coffee is an extra service which also wasn’t available. Rooms were clean and modern. There’s a lack of toiletry space in the bathroom. No shower shelf for things so that got quite annoying. Bed was quite uncomfy but the aircon was good. Staff there was 1 bar staff called Bilal who was amazing. He was so nice and friendly and took time to speak to us every day. There was also a young lady on reception I didn’t get her name but she was really lovely giving us recommendations and stuff. Some of the other staff we found quite rude and not friendly. The beach is opposite it’s great. £5 for 2 beds and umbrella hire. You can also hire a paddling pool at the beach with 2 chairs for £25. Theres a few bars down that road for cocktails but they are expensive £7-£11 per cocktail!! and also a Migros supermarket a few minute walk away. Town centre is around 8 minute cab drive which costs 50-100 Turkish lira. We did enjoy ourselves but we wouldn’t return here.

We stayed at the hotel for 18 days. I liked everything very much: good location - 20 minutes walk to the center, the beach across the road, wide. Positive, friendly and ready to help staff with any questions. You can communicate in Russian and English. The room is cozy, comfortable to stay in, and the cleaning is done carefully. There is a safe in the room, it can be used for a fee of 2€ per day. The food is varied, a large selection of meat products and side dishes, fruits, herbs, and vegetables. The coffee is delicious. Every day the room is provided with a 1.5 liter bottle of water. There is an electric kettle in the room (we never used it, because there was more than enough of everything.). A piece of the sea is visible from the window of each room and it is very wonderful to fall asleep to the sound of the surf. I don't want to leave. I highly recommend it for family and independent holidays.

We stayed at the hotel in September 2023 and believed in the positive reviews. There is practically no territory, just one small pool, the water in it does not warm up and always remains cold. The dining room does not match the photos, there are very few seats. The food is monotonous and there is a very small choice of dishes, there is no fruit. You won't be able to eat anything outside of breakfast, lunch and dinner. They brought sweets at 16-00, these are two types of dry cookies that were hidden at 16-30, but to be honest, they don’t need to be hidden - their taste and quality leave much to be desired. The so-called bar is a sad sight, and the bartender is constantly absent. The room is small, but everything works inside. There was no drinking water in the room, and in the hotel itself it was unclear where to get drinking water. The beach is sand, but entering the entrance is slippery slabs with large cracks, you can break your leg when entering the water. The staff frankly don’t care about vacationers, someone is constantly walking around the floor and talking so you can hear it very well in the room. You have to carry the bags yourself because the staff is very busy. The elevator is very small, two people and one suitcase can no longer fit. I can’t understand who could give this hotel a rating greater than 0. Disgusting hotel, the holiday is completely ruined.

Vacationed from May 21 to May 27, 2023. A very good hotel, once had 4 stars, now ***. I booked on Ostrovka much in advance, 3,000 rubles per day on “all”. When booking in May, the price was about 5,000 rubles per day. The price-quality ratio is ideal, definitely worth the money. Located at the end of Cleopatra Beach. There is a bus station nearby, and even closer there is a city bus stop. I was at the hotel around 12.30, we checked in immediately. Room 301, actually the 4th floor, the lobby is on the ground floor. The room is not very big, irregularly shaped, but very functional. It wasn't cramped. The view from the balcony is the promised partial "sea view". The balcony is small, narrow, 2 chairs, a table would not fit on it. Clothes dryer with 3 slats. You won’t be able to enjoy the sea view for a long time, but you can understand what’s going on at sea by going out onto the balcony. The food is very high quality. A good selection of fruits, always: watermelon, melon, apples, pears, grapefruit. Periodically: bananas, kiwi. Breakfast starts at 8.00, which is late for me. Due to the late breakfast time, I didn’t bother with excursions; I didn’t want to go hungry. The main contingent is Germans, elderly and middle-aged. There are Poles. There are few Russians, all decent, it is difficult to single out among the general mass of vacationers. There is no discrimination in service or treatment, the staff is helpful and attentive. All drinks are in glass. Entrance to the room is with an electronic key. A warning is printed that at 12:00 on the day the holiday ends, the access code is changed so as not to pick out late guests from their rooms. Beach - Cleopatra N 22, in pink colors (but without LGBT - a joke). Beach towels - at the hotel, for a deposit of 10 dollars/euro. There is a slab at the entrance to the sea, but it’s easy to enter the sea without aquashoes (if it’s not stormy). Beachboys are helpful, but greyhound-like. On the last day we made change for the sunbed. There is no discount promised by the hotel for clients for sunbeds and umbrellas; I didn’t bother to find out at the hotel. Next to the beach there is a landing area for paragliders. Once, while swimming in the sea, a tandem of paragliders, miscalculating, landed on the neighboring sunbeds, slightly catching mine. I thought that was it, the end of the glasses that I took off before swimming and left on the sunbed, but everything worked out. We laughed, helped untangle the parachute from the umbrellas, and went our separate ways. The weather in the third ten days of May 2023 was changeable, about half of the days were cloudy, there was one daytime and one night rain. Sea water temperature +22 +23. Spring was delayed somehow this year. Disadvantages: 1. I already noted the late start of breakfast. It would be better if it started at least at 7.30. But this is the main contingent at the hotel - they go to bed late and get up late. 2. A bit noisy from the restaurant, which is located behind the last hotel in the row, the Melissa Hotel.

The hotel is clean, the staff is very courteous and friendly. You always have someone within reach. * German speaking) The rooms are well equipped. There are no negative surprises. The food changes daily and there is something for everyone. The beach is across the street and you can easily get to the city. Whether by bus or taxi. Great location. I'll be there again at the end of September

All inn formule is heel beperkt.
