We stayed for 3 nights, the location is beautiful (by the lake), the staff is very courteous, to name a few: Paul, Babita, Somenath, decent food, view from rooms are amazing, overall very comfortable and soothing

Lovely place and location of the property… could not believe Allepy had such good property which is very next to backwaters, the view from the room is excellent… lovely food… Best part is we met Emu and Ema they were so closely interacting with us, and this made kids friendly and enjoy more… love to stay at this place again and again… Hospitality of the staff starting from entrance till the exit was so excellent, they were so humble and kind… This was first time where a guest relation Manager(Ms Kavya) walked us till the room and explained about the property. Had a very relaxing stay at this resort. The rooms offered a beautiful garden-facing balcony view with lush greenery, palm trees, a peaceful pool area and a lake just behind it that created a calm tropical atmosphere. Waking up to the sunlight and open landscape on morning was one of the highlights of the trip. The property feels spacious and well-maintained, with walking paths, landscaped lawns, and plenty of natural beauty around the rooms. The balcony itself was a great place to unwind, enjoy the fresh air, and take in the serene surroundings. The resort overall gives a quiet getaway vibe — ideal for families, couples, or anyone looking to disconnect and relax. The combination of greenery, pool views, and comfortable room layout made the stay enjoyable and refreshing. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful vacation experience. They have emu's

The atmosphere itself was very calm and peaceful. The artwork around the resort was very beautifully done. It's a great place to relax and sit by the water. 10/10 would recommend!

The stay was amazing with great views and food. The property is well located and the beaches are about 20-30 minutes away. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

I was disappointed with my recent stay, particularly given the tariff charged. The hotel had advertised its gym facilities as a highlight, but when I went to use them this morning, the treadmills weren't working, the elliptical was in poor condition, and the rowing machine was deteriorating. Given this was a key reason for my booking, I found this somewhat misleading. On a more positive note, the breakfast was of a good standard, as expected, and the staff — particularly Jagan, who cleaned my room — were very lovely and helpful. Unfortunately, the overall standard of the hotel itself was terrible. I had to request that my room be cleaned, and there was no hot water on my first morning, which was only resolved after I raised it with staff — yet the hot water was still not working on the second day either. The in-room phones were also not working, meaning I was unable to contact reception directly when needed. It was frustrating to feel that I had to repeatedly flag basic issues throughout my stay. I also noted that guests are given a fairly strict list of house rules to follow, which felt at odds with the hotel's own shortfalls in maintaining its facilities and service standards. Taken together, these issues meant I could not fully enjoy my stay, and I'm sorry to say I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on this experience, despite the kindness of staff like Jagan.

The location is awesome and the rooms were clean the atmosphere is so pleasant we enjoyed a lot here the series are up to mark
