Wir waren nach Jahren wiedermal im La Balnearia. Das Hotel wird immer baufälliger, die Preise bleiben aber dieselben oder werden sogar höher. Das Personal ist schlecht instruiert, deshalb gestresst & so halb freundlich. Die Reservation war, obwohl sie bestätigt wurde, nicht notiert. Das Zimmer war schmutzig, es hatte sogar Ungeziefer… Die AC ging nicht, der Kloring fehlte, die Nachtruhe war massiv gestört, von WiFi müssen wir gar nicht sprechen, das ist dem Hotel zu modern. Das Essen (mittags & abends) war wie immer gut, die Aussicht auch. Das Frühstück war wie immer lausig. Obwohl es eigentlich eine „Familientradition“ ist, dort hin zu gehen, war es dieses Jahr einfach zu schlecht. Wir werden wohl kaum mehr dort hin gehen…

Esattamente, La Balnearia ha una posizione magnifica sul mare e direttamente sulla passeggiata del Budello. Una camera molto spaziosa con balcone vista mare, gli interni un po' attempati, ma merita comunque.

Alcuni clienti dopo una settimana di permanenza si sono riscoperti positivi al Covid e sono stati invitati a lasciare la struttura immediatamente. La stessa sorte é toccata alle persone che hanno comunicato di avere sintomi influenzali mentre tutti gli altri clienti sono stati tenuti all’oscuro di questa situazione pericolosa per la propria salute. Una proprietà seria dopo i primi casi avrebbe invitato tutti gli ospiti della struttura ad effettuare un tampone ed avrebbe ricordato loro l’obbligo di legge di rispettare la quarantena all’interno dell’albergo ma, a ieri, nulla di tutto ciò è stato fatto. La peggior esperienza alberghiera di tutta la nostra vita.

Hotel informale, spiaggia privata, ampia sala ristorante sia interna che esterna lato mare, comodissimo a tutti i servizi essendo in pieno centro, nel budello. Camere ampie con letti grandi e confortevoli. La ristorazione discreta, buona scelta di piatti, a volte un pò troppo speziati.. poco pesce. Alla colazione non vengono servite le bevande calde al tavolo; bisogna accodarsi con vassoio per prendere anche caffè, latte, the.. oltre al cibo. Piuttosto scomodo. Ottima ventilazione naturale della hall, in corrente costante. Un pò eccessiva l'aria condizionata nel ristorante interno. La struttura è tranquilla, consigliata ad una clientela che cerca il riposo e la comodità di avere la spiaggia sotto l'albergo. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci! Daniela
