We had a great stay and are returning guests to this property. The location and the staff are fantastic and make your experience excellent. We stayed in a room with a large balcony offering wonderful balcony furniture where you can enjoy you private breakfast or just a cup of coffee. The hotel is very dog friendly which is a plus for us.
The rooms are not really big but big enough to feel comfortable. Bathrooms are rather small and have very little storage area. Breakfast buffet offers everything you need and the staff even recommends dishes from the kitchen freshly prepared for you.
We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to the Ligurian coast.

Very expensive for what it is the service that goes with it there is no single room without interest the finishes cleanliness leaves something to be desired no service example impossible to have lunch outside when the weather is nice hey sun required to run after everyone to just have an ashtray and it is impossible to have something to nibble or eat at 4 p.m. in the afternoon it is an establishment that calls itself a Grand hotel but it only has the name

We are extremely grateful for the unforgettable experience and stay we had at your lovely hotel in Alassio. The welcome drink and tart were beautiful. The room was lovely with a gorgeous view that we will never forget. And most importantly, the courteous staff. Thanks to them All. To name few: Alessandro, Deborah, and Martina. Also, the staff who brought our luggage in the room and car as well. Alessandro went out of his way to reserve to us three dinners (Sabbia, Ristorante Nove, and La Vigna). All of them were memorable and outstanding. Deborah has always welcomed us warmly. Grazie melle to all the staff. We will definitely come back again.

Piacevole scoperta ad Alassio. Molto comodo per le famiglie. La nostra stanza era un po’ piccola ma vicino alla hall ed al ristorante. Spiaggia dell’albergo molto bella e dotata di un buon ristorante. Livello del servizio molto alto. Da ritornarci

Posto incantevole, stanze rinnovate anche se un po’ datate, cibo ottimo soprattutto la colazione e zona spa molto ben allestita, con ottimi massaggiatori. Prezzo molto elevato onestamente, ma farete di certo un soggiorno meraviglioso.
