The cheapest hotel. The breakfast is not good. I can barely use it on a business trip. There is no hotel shuttle bus. It is very troublesome. It is very remote. The location is great. Here are the issues I had with my sta
—Hot water: While taking a shower the hot water was alternating from warm to SCALDING. This was very disappointing and dangerous and should be fixed immediately.
—Parking: There is a daily parking fee but most of the parking spaces are on the street. Completely unprotected and away from the hotel.

This is a fairly typical Hilto Garden Inn with a nice lobby area and nice, comfortable rooms. The location is very close to the Albany Civic Center. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, with a huge shout-out to the restaurant staff who were busting their butts helping everyone during a very busy night. The hotel is showing some minor age issues, but overall, this is a very nice hotel.

The hotel is the best in Albany, great staff. Wendy’s always helping us and Ms Ann at the restaurant. I always enjoy my stay there, the rooms are good. Service is good and the wifi is good. Don’t have any complaints really. Thank you for all that you do.

At my arrival to desk clerks, maybe in training one was very nice the other one what was training her maybe trying her maybe the maybe she was a manager stuck up attitude service was nice room tiles dirty in the bathroom she smelly carpet dirty overall we may do and we’re comfortable. I love for $200 past shoes in my room I called the hotel never received a call back from housekeeping no way, saying yes or no did they find them but again we made ourselves comfortable and we’re very happy and please until I realize my shoes were left in the room after my stay

We hosted a wedding over the weekend. Everything was top shelf! All the employees were very friendly and accommodating, especially awesome were Robin, Kerah, Courtney & Shonda, I feel they went the extra mile! Our meal was catered by the hotel and the food was as great as the rest of the restaurant experience. I would not hesitate to utilize this hotel for anything and highly recommend it!

not a great stay... spent almost 3 weeks at this property - and encountered issue after issue - nothing critical - but the main light in the room was broken for 2/3 of the stay. Show supplies never refilled (despite both basic housekeeping happening and making special requests). Site charges $10/night for parking, but hosts many conferences / event (where attendees don't pay to park)... resulting in a parking lot with not spots available for those that pay. Definitely not staying in this property again... other choices available, with more options for evening dining, at the Albany Mall area (which is a pretty quick drive).
