The lobby bathrooms were dirty when we checked in, I tried taking my son while my husband was checking in and he couldn’t even use it. Toilets were dirty and bathroom had a bad smell.

We were not given the rooms we originally required when booking. Check in desk did not check for another room until I asked. It appeared like the entire hotel was booked and.it wasn't.

Traveler beware. The mattresses are cheap and very hard to sleep on. The curbside appearance is not being kept up. The employees are so sweet.

My first stay at this hotel and I was very impressed with everything, the staff was very friendly, always speaking and asking if we needed anything, beds were very comfortable, rooms were spacious and the location was absolutely the best. The hotel was right at entrance of the city and easy to exit as well as my trip ended. I really enjoyed my stay as well as my family. Thank you La Quinta Inn & Suites.

The hotel itself was nice, the staff was friendly and professional. They really made us feel welcome. However, it was prom time and there were several teenagers onbour floor. They ran and slammed doors, talked extremely loud in the hallways unit 4am Sunday morning. This totally interfered wirh our sleep. A lit of the guest was talking about it at breakfast. This was nit a reflection of the hotel or its staff. But it was annoying and made for a restless night. We had to drive back to Atlanta after check out and we were all tired.

There was no hot water, during our entire stay. The free breakfast is a joke, it’s not even edible and the staff do nothing but sit With their faces in their phones. Anything that was wrong with this location, the staff would blame on corporate office.

Adequate hotel- breakfast choices were limited and we ate an hour before breakfast closed. Breakfast food area was somewhat messy. Outside area had lots of strewn trash and hallway had dirt on the floor- looked like loose mud.

Hotel being worked on and rooms that are finished are poorly done. Light didn't work beside the bed, door didn't shut correctly. No hot water last 2 days i was there, had to take a cold shower. Cigarette burns in the couch and very dirty. Hot Breakfast is supposed to start at 6am, left from the hotel 4 days in a row with no Breakfast at 6:30am and none of the staff made an effort to get the food out. So I had to spend another $175.00 to $200.00 on food/Breakfast that I did not intend on spending, that is why I get a hotel with hot Breakfast. After working in 87 to 90 degree weather, wanted to dip in the pool. NOPE! Pool was closes all week for cleaning they said, I have a pool and takes 1/2 day to clean at best! I do alot of traveling and will NOT stay at a La-Quinta hotel again! Will just pay a little more and stay at Hilton or Marriott! They was all around-the-clock same price when booking.

Our two rooms smelled very nice like Dove soap and were nice and clean. The bathrooms were nice and clean too. Staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast smelled like hot and toasty waffles and was good. Not many grab and go items though.
