The experience was awesome, the service was best, clean rooms and toilets, the cleaner was so honest, i have left my Apple Watch while visited Albany when i came back the watch was still at the same place where i have left it. I am very impressed by service as well. I forgot to drop towels on the floor so they didnt change the towels, when i came back to hotel and i have noticed the towels didn’t change due to my misunderstanding the receptionist came and drop the cleaned towels in couple of minutes.
The staff was amazing and the hotel location was awesome

Had to find last minutes reservation here due to unforeseen circumstances at our original booking at other accomodation. Very clean and nice. Will be back here next time again.

The hotel is very new and the location is great. The room is fully equipped and decorated in a unique style. It also has a sofa bed. You can ask for bedding at the front desk. The room has an unparalleled sea view, and you can see the sea when you open your eyes.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is next to the place where Guan Jing Upload is uploaded. You can basically see goldfish and dolphins not far away from the sea. There is only a supermarket for eating and shopping. It is very convenient, and Albany is very small. Just a short walk to the beach

The location and cleanliness of the hotel were all good, but the noise coming from the air purification system was so loud that it sounded like a factory running, so I inquired with the staff.
Brandon kindly provided an alternative and the problem was solved.
