It's only a bus ride from Auckland, but I was able to spend a relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city. The public space is very spacious, and you can spend a wonderful time relaxing on the lawn or reading a book while enjoying the pleasant breeze on the terrace. The host is also kind and easy to talk to. I didn't have the time, but I heard that there is a yoga class that is free to attend, so I would like to participate if I have another chance.

VERY friendly and helpful staff [via eMail only; impossible to get through via 'phone despite MANY attempts - ?!] - A very peaceful, relaxing spot; nicely located North of the worst of Auckland traffic - I will definitely be seeking to stay there again - Namaste, y'all! :o)

It was a great stay. The place is an oasis in the big smoke. Was very nice park like accommodation. The people were friendly and was very welcoming. The pool and was great and the yoga classes were awesome. The glowworms were magical. the only downside was that the fire alarm went off twice in our 3 days stay. The first one was at 1:30am... not much fun.... there was no communication and we found out the next morning that the fire alarm goes off all the time and no one takes any notice anymore!! we were not impressed by that but apart from that it was a nice stay and we will go there again.
