Ужасная антисанитария! Грязь везде! Посуду просто ополаскивают. Подают якобы чистую, но с кусками еды и жира. В номере - вонь из канализации и порванные занавески и бельё. Полнейшее отсутствие разнообразия еды. За 11 дней - практически не было рыбы. Кормовые огурцы и недозрелые помидоры с капустой. Мухи откладывают яйца в еду прямо при тебе. За время отдыха - две семьи обращались к врачам с отравлениями. Сутки парковки стоит 5 евро. Просто на солнце, загаженной чайками. Полнейшее отсутствие нормального обслуживания и заинтересованности в помощи отдыхающим. Пыль на барной стойке в см толщиной, Единственный плюс - близость моря Никому не советую этот ужасный отель.

The hotel staff is extremely kind and responsive. They speek english very well. The food is delicious and varied. The location is just a few meters from the beach, and the hotel also has a large and nice pool with enough seats for all guests. The beach is clean and suitable for small children. The hotel is arrounded with a lot of tree.

Начинаю свой рассказ. Большего кошмара мне испытать не приходилось за 100.000 чешских крон или 3.700 евро на четверых за 6 полных дней. Когда мы приехали в гостиницу, нам нужно было проверить рабочие имейлы и порешать кое-какие бизнесс дела в интернете. Ха, а интернета то не оказалось в номере. Туристическая компания Чедок нам слезно обещала wi-fi в номере. Таким образом бизнесс дела мы решали в коридоре сидя на корточках или стоя, так как диваны в холле были забиты детьми и подростками играющими в игры. Да и вечером вместо просмотра фильма перед сном в Ютубе, мы плевали в потолок. Продолжение следует… Когда мы зашли в «убранный» номер в первый день, то в туалете мы обнаружили засохшую какашку… Спрашивается, хорошо ли был убран номер?Ответ: нет. Постельное белье и полотенца просто рванье. Вишенка на тортике была не работающая лампочка над кроватью моей дочери, которая висела на соплях и в один прекрасный вечер свалилась ей на голову. Еда не интересная и однообразная, не слишком плохая, но и не уровень четырех звезд. Писать можно вечность, но главную суть донести мне удалось. Уровень - 1 звезда.

We have trusted this hotel for our summer family vacation for the third year in a row and will be there next year as well.

The hotel is situated on the beach side with nice clean pools for children and adults. The water was heated and cleaned every day. The food was perfect with thematic days. There was always something new every day and always something for every taste. The rooms were big and cleaned every day, with change on the sheets every other day. The staff was helpful as usual. We had a great vacation.

We had a great 8 night stay with 2 children of 3 and 5 years old, it was a perfect holiday in July 2023. The hotel is on the sandy beach, the water was warm and incredible for small children (very slow slope, not deep for aprox 20m from the shore), the children enjoyed very much the sea. We had a sea room spacious enough (1 huge bed and one extended sofa). The food was absolutely great, the children could eat both healthy and tasty food. It is not the best place for vegans ;) Near the big nice pool of Arabella we also used the small baby pool that the children liked a lot. The furniture was too used, but anyway I expected this in a hotel for families. The rooms were cleaned every day and the sheets and towels were ok. The bed mattress good for my picky husband, no sciatica back pain.

Amazing hotel! Our room was very spacious. The food is diverse, fresh and delicious. The pool is always clean and kept at a perfect temperature. The managers are very competent and the staff is helpful nd welcoming. The animators are super.

I had a single renovated room on second floor..7 nights 8 days..and I had a very nice sejour here..the maid clean very good the room every day,once I saw her with my own eyes because I still was in the room..other times I saw her from the beach cleaning the balcony and so I knew she was in my room..refill the stuff used in bathroom,towels changed every day,linen on the bed changed after 3days..food evan if was with less variation than last vacation here in2018,was very good,fresh and tasty and every day I liked it and I found something good to eat...beverage was ok too...and personel so nice and helpfull with any problem or question I had starting with the managers.. and this was the 1st vacation in Albena when check in was in romanian evan if the nice lady was bulgarian..I totaly loved that..I don't know about the other rooms or cleaning to speack about, but I was very happy with mine and in september I will go again at Arabella renovated room as well..thank u for such a nice sejour and see u in autum
