Ho preso una camera per più di una settimana per lavoro. Il punto è strategico per potersi muovere. Tutto ok, prezzi giusti. Complimenti anche per i servizi offerti e la pulizia impeccabile. Personale cordiale ed educato. La SPA è la ciliegina sulla torta.

Esperienza indimenticabile. Ho soggiornato in questo hotel circa due settimane fa con la mia famiglia. La posizione è perfetta per chi vuole visitare i trulli (ci puoi arrivare a pieno). Abbiamo anche cenato due volte. Il servizio è stato impeccabile.

Nous étions seul les premiers jours , mais l’équipe de l’hôtel a tout fait pour que notre séjour soit bien . Petit buffet petit déjeuner juste accolé à notre table , il y avait de tout pour notre faim , croissants chaud , fruits , yaourts , petit pains , charcuterie , fromage … etc . Chambres nettoyées tous les jours avec changement des serviettes . Bravo

Mon copain et moi avons été déçu de cet hôtel qui ne mérite pas ces 4 étoiles. L'emplacement est très bien : à 10 minutes du centre ville à pied. L'accueil et l'équipe sur place étaient très bien aussi. Cependant la chambre est vieillissante, le matelas de piètre qualité et surtout les rideaux ne sont pas occultant. Le réceptionniste nous as vendu le restaurant de l’hôtel avec apparemment un chef étoilé, nous nous somme donc laissé tenter, avec regret. Le repas était médiocre et très cher par rapport à la qualité et aux prix que nous avons pu retrouver dans les différents restaurants de la région. Quant au petit déjeuner, il était correct mais encore une fois bien loin d'un 4 étoiles. Finalement, la piscine aurait pu être sympa si elle avait été un peu chauffé.

Ho soggiornato per due notti in questo albergo scelto come base per girare la zona. Accoglienza ok, colazione abbondante, camera purtroppo piccola e scomoda anche per una sola persona. Ho prenotato tramite booking ma all'accoglienza nessuno mi ha detto che avrei dovuto pagare la tassa di soggiorno in hotel ho anche segnalato che avrei fatto colazione l'indomani quindi questi costi potevano essere fatti pagare tranquillamente all'arrivo anziché contattare il cliente quando è andato via,cliente che non ha nessuna colpa se alla reception non trova nessuno quando deve andare via di mattina presto. Ho incontrato una sola persona che stava lì come guardiano notturno e non si occupa di reception.Io cmq da persona onesta quale sono ho saldato tassa di soggiorno e colazione tramite bonifico ma sinceramente non mi è mai capitato nulla del genere. Tra l'altro ho chiamato io con insistenza evidenziando che ero dispiaciuto per quanto accaduto ma la signorina non si è neppure scusata. Comunque non tornerò. Esperienza non positiva.

Had a great stay at Majesty Alberobello!
Staff were friendly and helpful (Frederica was lovely). We had two rooms while there as we decided to extend our stay in alberobello after booking the first. Staff were very accomodating. First one came with breakfast buffet, which had plenty of choice; what you would expect from a business hotel. Basic but satisfying. Reasonably priced, as were the rooms themselves (though we were there off-peak [mid-september]).
Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable; our second room had a huge balcony to ourselves.
Plenty of towels and bathroom products provided.
Great swimming pool, which we had to ourselves for our stay. Pool private from passers-by and surrounded by deck chairs and sun beds (the comfy kind!).
Parking was free and directly in front of hotel (underground parking available for a fee).
Snacks and drinks in fridge provided (although not free, but fairly priced).
The location of the hotel is great; far enough out of town to be quiet at night, but only a ~10 minute walk away from the beautiful and famous trullis district.
Only a few gripes:
We were told in booking confirmation email that check-in time was 15.00 but when we got there we were told it was 16.00.
Shame that the pool was only available for a portion of the day (09.00-18.00).
It was stated that guests couldn't use room towels for the pool, and had to pay €8 to rent a pool towel (fortunately we brought out own).

La struttura in se per se non è male, bella piscina, uno standard business hotel che però inizia a "perdere i colpi', stanza piccolissima, Aria condizionata che non si spenge mai se non direttamente dal quadro elettrico, e scarichi del bagno completamente intasati. Unico punto di forza oltre alla piscina è l'estrema vicinanza al centro storico di Alberobello

O serviço e a limpeza foram os pontos fracos. Teias de aranha nas janelas, não repuseram papel higiênico (tivemos que pedir), também não passaram pano no chão qdo derramamos bebida. Nenhum serviço na piscina, não combina com a classificação 4*.
Café da manhã bom, piscina limpa.
Pontos fortes: localização, quartos grandes, toalhas e roupa de cama bons, agilidade de check-in/checkout.

Las habitaciones estándar no son todas iguales, en concreto la que he utilizado es muy pequeña.
No tiene ningún tipo de cajón ni lugar donde poner la maleta y la cama es poco cómoda. Lo mejor del hotel la piscina
