L’endroit est très beau, mais les équipements ne sont pas aboutis du tout Des remontées d’égouts par la salle de bain à en avoir la nausée, une table avec un plateau non stabilisé, une seule tasse pour deux, pas de savon dans la mini cuisine. Pas de rideaux occultant dans la chambre, alors qu’un spot sur le parking de l’immeuble derrière éclaire la chambre toute la nuit, pas de CAFE dans la suite, pas de glace, ni au bar, ni dans le frigo de la suite, et pas de navette comme proposé parmi leurs services, bref très mauvaise nuit réveillés par la lumière et l’odeur insupportable même en ouvrant les fenêtres….

Magnifique chambre toutes fenêtres ouvertes, mais bruyante car située au-dessus d'une route a grande circulation. Impossible de fermer les fenêtres car de la salle de bain se dégageait une mauvaise odeur. On avait le choix entre le bruit ou l'odeur ! Douche bouchée, impossible de prendre 2 douches sans faire des débordements dans la chambre. Bonde de lavabo une fois fermée impossible de l'ouvrir pour vider l'eau sale. Nous avons demandé une remise pour tous ces problèmes on ne nous la pas accordé pour une chambre a 135 euros! La direction devait nous recontacter mais n'en a rien fait.

Boas instalações, bem cuidado. Cafe da manha bom. Atenciosos no atendimento. Boa experiencia de se hospedar num Trullo. Proximo do centro de Alberobello, sendo possivel ir a pé. Usamos como base para conhecer outras cidades da Puglia. Único desconforto altura da porta interna do quarto ( abaixo do padrão) e não ter cortina no quarto.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per una sola notte ma nonostante questo è stata davvero un'esperienza piacevole. La camera era bellissima oltre che molto pulita e tipica del luogo. Il personale è stato gentilissimo, ci ha accolto con calore fornendoci anche informazioni utili sui ristoranti della zona. Altro punto di forza: la struttura è immersa nella natura ma al tempo stesso si trova a due passi dal centro di Alberobello. Ma la cosa che ho apprezzato di più è stata sicuramente la colazione che ci è stata servita direttamente in camera: mai visto un pasto così ricco in hotel oltre che così ben presentato! Consiglio vivamente!

Atención: El hotel tiene dos clases y ubicaciones. Una el que se ve en la foto al costado, y la otra diseminada en las casitas del Trulli. Teníamos esta última, pero el GPS nos envió a la primera. Llegamos 21 hs. Nadie. Un letrero informaba un whatsapp , llamamos, vino la dueña y marido. Nos dijeron que la reserva no era en ese hotel, pero podíamos quedarnos allí esa noche y el resto de la estadía. Las habitaciones son cavadas en la roca, muy bonitas. Pero es peligrosa la mesa de luz: un pedazo de roca pegada la cama; si se levanta sin mirar, puede golpe**** feo con la "mesita" de luz. El desayuno es bueno y abundamente, pero incómodo. No es buffett autoservice, ponen todo sobre la mesa, sin casi lugar y espacio. La piscina está alejada, no da ganas de ir. Para visitar el centro histórico, hay que caminar demasiado. Si va en auto, complicado lugar para estacionar. Hubiera preferido un hotel menos lujoso, pero cerca del centro, que los hay.

Nous avons logé dans un trullo dans le centre d’Alberrobello. Mais pris le petit-déjeuner à la Corte. Le trullo était particulièrement bien situé. Dans le centre à côté de tout mais pas sur les itinéraires des flots de touristes donc au calme. Trullo aménagé avec goût La kitchenette est incomplète. Aucun moyen de chauffer quelque chose. Pas de taque chauffante. Donc vous pouvez y manger une salade ou chercher une part de pizza dans le quartier. Notre petit-déjeuner était délicieux et complet. Servi dans la belle salle de la Corte. Y aller pour 9h30 au plus tard. Sans voiture, c’est compliqué.

La struttura è veramente bella, immersa nel verde con piscina e spazi con vari animali, dai pappagalli e cacatua alle mucche, asini, lupi, emù e una tartaruga stupenda. La camera è molto bella, pulita e spaziosa. A pochissimi minuti dal centro di Alberobello. La colazione varia, buona e con prodotti fatti in casa e locali. Se devo trovare il pelo nell’uovo servirebbe all’interno della doccia (spaziosa) un poggia shampoo/bagnoschiuma, per chi ha problemi o limitazioni fisiche è difficoltoso piegarsi ogni volta per prendere i prodotti. Magari aggiungere anche un asciugamano per il bidet. E poi un’altra cosa che probabilmente è impossibile fare è l’insonorizzazione: la strada accanto è molto trafficata dalle 5 del mattino e purtroppo incide molto sul sonno, contrastando così con la pace e la quiete che vorrebbe emanare il posto.

This is a fabulous place. Beautiful setting and the rooms are clean. The owner keeps all sorts of animals and an amazing selection of birds, which are often on site e.g. bald eagle. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the service is great. What ever you ask for is executed quickly. We had a spa in our room, which was tricky to get into, but only because we are a little older. Also it is only heated in the evenings. There is a nice little kitchen area if you wished to cook, we did not , too many great restaurants close by. Beautiful views. Lovely pool. All in all a great start to our holiday.

Amazing! We had such a lovely stay Stella and Francesca were so warm and welcoming The Nibbio room was perfect for the 3 of us as a family Great location for transportation and Alberobello centre They also own a lovely bar in the town with their own wines
