Simply exceptional.... We were guests of the hotel, the owners were exceptional, helpful, excellent quality food, then sleeping inside the trullo was really nice..... I recommend it to everyone

I stayed two nights in this hotel, I can't understand how it can have 4 stars, the furnishings of the room cannot even be found in a one star hotel in that state, the pillows had no pillowcases, a wardrobe drawer handle was missing, the TV, there was no minibar. They changed the TV and put in the minibar the next day. The restaurant, on the other hand, is truly excellent, of excellent quality like few others can find

Buon Hotel appena fuori dal centro del paese, ma, in due minuti a piedi si arriva al trullo Sovrano, in 4 alla cattedrale ed in 10 si è nella zona storica patrimonio Unesco. Facilità estrema di posteggio (trovato sempre d'avanti all'entrata). Gestione famigliare con tutti cordiali e gentili nei servizi e nel darti informazioni. La colazione è ottima e le torte della Signora eccezionali!

We have known this place for a long time and therefore decided to spend the Easter holiday here. What can I say, an excellent lunch with high quality dishes and particular praise for the American fillet, truly a delicacy. Waiters always attentive and fast. A really nice return. We stayed in this central hotel where we had only had lunch several years ago and it was a pleasant confirmation: simple but truly genuine cuisine, with typical Apulian dishes, good breakfast with homemade desserts; clean and welcoming room, with vintage furnishings and embroidered sheets (!!), safe, small balcony and minibar; quite comfortable bathroom with hydromassage shower. The professional and courteous staff, the owner very kind and hospitable.

Siamo stati benissimo soggiornando in questo hotel 4 giorni e 3 notti. Il personale è fantastico e super disponibile . Le camere spaziose è un po’ stile classico. La posizione è eccezionale, all’ingresso del centro..perfetta! Colazione molto buona con dolci fatti in casa di tutti i tipi, unica cosa mancava il salato .
