Fundy Rocks Motel

We stayed here 2 nights while touring and loved it. Our room was clean, well maintained. Plenty of room to move around. Got to talk to the owner and staff and they were pleasant helpful and hospital and let us know where we should be visiting. Would definitely visit again if in the area. Pricing was fair.

It's a two star motel and that's what you get. It is priced appropriately but it didn't feel very clean and the rooms are damp. As per the website, there are no refunds for a cancellation. Would not stay here again.

With Expedia.ca, I originally booked 4 consecutive nights at Fundy Rocks Motel, (Check-in Aug. 21, 2023 & Check-out Aug. 25, 2023). Realizing I was getting close to a late check-in, I called the Motel in advance, prior to arriving. The night manager gave me the room number and said the room was left unlocked with the key inside. Upon arrival, my wife went inside our room first. She came out immediately, telling me that I would not appreciate the air quality and overall cleanliness of the room. I entered the room to be aggressed with, very stale, musty and animal urine smells. After quick inspection, the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work. There were large spider webs and a spider, on the bathroom ceiling. The brown towels were all musty. The carpet was torn in places and had years of dirt and stain with white powder thrown in some corners, either to mask the animal urine smells or to discourage ants. The bed linen was stained yellow. We called the night manager/front desk immediately. He offered us to look at another vacant room, which was left unlocked. The room, a few doors away, smelt much the same. The only plus was that the bathroom exhaust fan worked. We decided to stay with the room we were given because it was getting late to move our belongings. I asked the night manager about cancelling the rest of our stay after the night and he insisted that I wound have to deal with ******* because the reservation was made through them. I gave up that evening trying to get through

No staff available! WiFi & phone not available & no one to fix until after 3 pm the next day. Room itself was ok but someone should be available for guest's concerns.

It was quite the only thing i didnt like was the wifi was not working

We spent 2 nights in July with our trailer. I stayed before about 10 years ago . My biggest problem was the public washrooms. They clearly were never updated in 10 years. So many ants and bugs everywhere. There was a bottle of cleaner on counter tipped over and never moved in the 2 nights, so noone cleaned it obviously. The shower was worse. I did not want to use it but had no choice. The water wasn't draining and Had water to my ankles. Dirty nasty. Please upgrade and make these a bit better. Also not much toilet paper in any stall either day. We bought our own up the road at the store.

I have been coming to Fundy Rocks Motel and Cottages for years now, it is the perfect escape from your City living. Myself and several friends rented Cottages on NYE and had an amazing time. When you consider the view of the Petitcodiac River, the fire pits, restaurant and well equipped cottages there wasn’t a thing we could complain about. The owner, Wayne came to our cottage and brought us a loaf of home made bread and fresh cinnamon buns for everyone in our party. I/We the guests that spent NYE there were all very impressed by Wayne’s kindness and for that reason We give this place a 5 star!!

The Fundy Rocks motel is an okay place to stay if you aren’t married to perfection. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and very local to a local attraction. The on-site restaurant serves good portions.

The worse motel we've stayed in. I paid 189.75 and booked 1 rooms. room was extremely dirty , smell musty, not comfortable to sleep. We couldn’t sleep hold night because bugs on the floor smell of the room and the towels were smelled. All small appliances are dirty, Not recommended to anyone. We're all disappointed.
