I received great service from the hotel staff. Christopher and Pretty were so helpful with the checking in and checking out process.
I absolutely loved my stay, the breakfast spread is delectable 😋😋😋. Would come back just for the breakfast.
Cleaning staff is meticulous and efficient. I slept in a fresh room every room.

The hotel shower's draining system was terrible
For a 4 star hotel they didn't provide simple things like sleepers

excellent service at the hotel. plumbing and household appliances are in working order. There is a bus to the airport that runs every 30 minutes. very tasty in the hotel cafe.
Within walking distance there is a grocery store and a large hypermarket, as well as a bank branch.
One of the downsides is in the parking lot near these stores and the shopping center, they tried to sell us a travel pass very persistently. be careful.
but this is no longer directly related to the hotel.

Good hotel decent breakfast and clean rooms. Good for a couple of days if you are going in a business trip. Close to airport and hotel iffers shuttle service to airport for no additional cost. Super market and a big mall in the vicinity at walkable distance that house many eateries.

My experience wasn’t the best.
First, I’ve booked a queen size room. I checked in I went to the room and someone else was staying in that exact same room I got a new card for a new room that key card didn’t work. I went back to reception they said there’s a problem and maintenance is trying to fix it. They said there’s no rooms available. I can only get twin beds so I told him I paid for a queen size room. They need to make a plan.. eventually after while they came back to me gave me a room card went to the room and they literally just pushed the two beds together took out bedside table and we had to sleep like that. there was no kettle to make coffee and the room was smelly.
