Very satisfied, the hotel is very suitable for traveling by car. We rented a car and drove the car to the other side of the children's windmill the next day. Originally, the room rate did not include breakfast, but I didn’t know how to give us two breakfasts, which were also very delicious. Although the hotel facilities are old, but the sanitation is excellent, the surrounding environment is also very good

Nice hotel, good sanitary condition, clean and tidy, a little distance from the station, this room type does not include breakfast, service attitude, enthusiasm, go to Rotterdam to Uber to the train station, after 15 minutes train.

Stayed here for one evening and enjoyed the comfort of the bed and the excellent front-desk service. The location seemed isolated from town. While it had AC, I couldn’t get the room to feel cool as the thermostat only allows for changes of +/- 3 degrees from whatever central temp they have programmed. While I wasn’t a fan of the service in the restaurant, I was happy in the hotel and bar.

From the time we walked through the front door to when we left two days later all was perfect. The staff very happy and helpful. The room was very nice and well appointed . We chose this hotel because it is connected to-the Rotterdam Cruise Terminal. It is close too many eateries. Ifwe return in the future we will rebook.

After stay at the Copenhagen CityHub I thought why not give this Rotterdam one a go as my experience before was great. Well firstly my god it was noisy, I had requested a quiet pod in the hotel as I'm a very light sleeper (even with earplugs in and pillow overhead lol) . So I was placed near the toilets/showers.... Ding ding ding alarms should have been going off then as the amount of banging those toilets/showers doors and the thumping of the people who sounded like they was thumping past all the pods (request a top pod in future). With ear plugs I was woken up early by other pod users who didn't have a care about anybody else who would have even been asleep as long as the could have a chat in the hall ways as loud as possible. So if you are going out and getting drunk this hotel is perfect for you but if you are on a sightseeing trip and wanting a early night we'll best of luck with that. None of my USB chargers were working in my pod but luckily I had brought a plug with more than 1 socket on it for charging. You get what you pay here and for a single person it's the cheapest option in the city. Lockers are huge and fitted my large suitcase in very easily. Staff very helpful as usual especially the American guy. Would I stay again, I'm afraid I wouldn't at this one as far too noisy for me. Maybe big groups shouldn't be all put on same floor and then they can meet in area downstairs and chat as loud as possible as they want at any time that suits them.

The hotel is relatively new, there is free parking, this is better, because the parking lot of many hotels in Europe is charged. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and there is a Japanese buffet that is really good, which is the most satisfying meal we have during our stay abroad.

Hotel Gorinchem, was a surprisingly nice place to have an overnight stay, the interior decor is nice, and the room as wellm, very comfortable. WIFI worked well. Breakfast was okay, only one thing about these hotels where a lot af the guests are working service technicians that work away from home, they are allowed to sit in their dirty workwear, I don't understand that.

Okay, hold on tight, under the bed there was dust from at least 3 weeks. The shower door handle is loose. So in the worst case you can't get out. You pay a lot for that and you can't solve it? I was at the reception today because what is happening here is not reasonable. In 2 hotel rooms we booked there was dust and a spider web. Nice for Halloween, but I would like to pay less for the service. But I couldn't get a few bucks back, that's too much work. Pay attention where you do business... if this is not resolved, we will absolutely not come to Bastion again. The staff is all very sweet and I don't want to say anything about it. But dust in your room and the broken door handle on the shower door are dealt with with a drink... if this is business, I think I can easily compete by hiring a cleaner every now and then and doing little maintenance. I have photos, so I can prove it too. Oh yes, and there was a stain on a bedspread and it was a white stain, all very nice.

I have just returned from a 2 night stay and I was very satisfied with my experience. The hotel is quite a way from the centre of Dordrecht but the number 4 bus takes you to the centre in about 20 minutes. Check in was quick and easy and my room was very good. It was a large room, with floor to ceiling windows looking out to the east. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had 2 good nights sleep. The bathroom was spacious, with a seperate bath and shower, with plenty of towels, along with shower gel, shampoo and shower cap, if required. There was a wardrobe, with plenty of space for your clothes and there was also a safe in there, as well as a small ironing board (but no iron) There was a small fridge, with 2 bottles of water and a large flat screen TV. The breakfast was plentiful, with lots of hot and cold options - eggs, bacon, sausages, mushrooms, beans, cold meats,, cheeses, fruit, vegetables along with various types of bread and pastries. There is also a pleasant bar area. All the staff were polite and efficient and although this is not a holiday hotel, in the real sense, although there is a swimming pool on the top floor, as well as a gym, it is a very good option if you are coming to Dordrecht area for business

Everything is as per information, which is there on the website. Coffee machine in every room would have been nice. Breakfast spread is thin and Restaurant offering breakfast is not conveniently located.
