The location is great, however there is party going on every day until 11, which makes it impossible to rest before 11. We also found lice in the room.

Was very sceptical after reading reviews. I guess you have to put into context what you pay. I paid for flights separately and booked hotel direct. It was much cheaper than using a holiday company. The flights were more than the hotel to put it into perspective. We just did a three night break over the bank holiday. If you are looking for a budget few days in the sun please do not be put off by the reviews. Yes, bathrooms a bit dated but beds comfy and clean. Yes, restaurant on top floor, level eight, with a lift or if you can walk two flights of stairs as main area is level six then do that. Food very basic but we certainly didn’t go hungry. The thing that has made it for me are the staff. I can honestly say I’ve paid a lot more for accommodation and they have just been rude. These guys work so hard, always smiling and don’t seem to be bothered by the herds of mostly ignorant British who just come and nonstop day drink expecting luxury service. Stars are based on services provided and not whether you are sleeping in Egyptian cotton bed sheets. Ten minutes drive in a taxi to old town. Beautiful beach at the bottom of the road. Do not dismiss this hotel.

As an all inclusive, the hotel was great, the staff impeccable, only shock charge was the security deposit of 100 for the room other than that, the free bar was bottomless the restaurant full of choice but chatted the rashers and sausages..defo a no no..

Just want to clarify a few things that recent reviewers have posted. Firstly, we have just finished a lovely family holiday that included 6 adults and to kids in total. We were made very welcome from the very second we stepped into the hotel. There is a €100 security deposit that you WILL get back like we did. The Food was good and the breakfast hit the spot each morning. The staff were amazing and if you needed anything it was sent to your apartment within 15-20mins. The rooms are all different with some rooms having a bit extra space than others but most have good sea views. If you are all-inclusive there is NOT a 2 drink a day limit, it's 2 drinks at a time from the bar although Frozen Cocktails aren't included. We checked out and received our €100 deposit next morning. It really depends on your bank. Give this place a go. The beach is a few minutes down a little hill, there's some fantastic food available on the beach and there's entertainment every night. If you want a quieter night I would also recommend The TARDIS Sports Bar just up from the Apartments.

On paper, this hotel should be lovely but its far from it. Hotel is very dated, rooms shabby as are the small outdoor & indoor pool. Not particularly clean but hardly surprising when you see how big & complex the layout is. Larger pool is slightly better but very small in relation to hotel capacity. Not enough outdoor or indoor seating areas, we ended up hiring loungers on the beach a couple of times as no room around the pool. In April, low season. It has a bizzare layout, corridors leading all over, limited & very small unreliable lifts. Restaurant ok but you're told to stick to the timing schedule you're allocated without discussion (we gave up after not wanting to eat breakfast super early) Very overcrowded & despite having an overflow room, people are waiting for tables so you're rushed. Not great value & certainly not 3* facilitues. Avoid in high season.

Room 128 was at best scabby the curtians wouldnt closed so the outside light ws on ALL night so hardly any sleep the room was horride the hotel needed to have a lot of money soent on it s its location was fabulious so it was such a massive let down wjen walking around it tbhbitvws no where ner a 4 star 1 at the most, the list of failures goes on and on i am rising a complaint aginst galaxy holiday for selling it so i cant go on to much other than to say if you get offered room 128 just say NO
